This pleasant condo features a king bed and a queen bed, plus a cozy living room with two twin beds, perfect for extra guests or relaxing downtime. Guests enjoy two bathrooms, each equipped with a refreshing shower and handy hair dryer. The space stays comfortable year-round with heating and AC, making it easy to unwind after a day of adventure. Whether you’re here to explore or just relax, this welcoming spot offers everything you need for a memorable stay.
This unit is on the THIRD floor, giving a quiet and beautiful view of the ocean.
unit is accessed by STAIRS ONLY.
We provide a coffee station with both a Keurig and drip coffee. You'll also find a fully stocked kitchen for those nights you want host a nice lunch or dinner.
All of the TVs in the unit are Roku tv, so you may have your shows at your finger tips.
Enjoy the convenience of a full size washer and dryer in the unit to freshen up clothes, sheets and towels when you need. This condo is furnished and supplied to feel like a home that is away from home.

The place was very nice. It would have been nice to know ahead of time this was a 3rd floor unit. VRBO made the recommendation that this was a handicap accessible unit. Being on the 3rd floor my handicap son had a hard time getting into the location.(he's mostly wheelchair bound) I don't fault the host I just think it needs to be very clear there are stairs and it is not wheelchair accessible. Place was clean, plenty of space to sleep. Met our needs minus being on the 3rd floor..

The condo was very nice. Be sure to get clear instruction in finding the address as it can be difficult to find. There are 3 floors to climb to get there, so take that into consideration if you have trouble with stairs. The condo was well equipped and had plenty of room. It was pretty clean. It was very well located.

As someone struggles to budget for this type of thing I would always like a lower cost of admission, but comparing with other prices in the area, I would say the price was well placed. The key thing we valued was it was CLEAN. But clean comes in many forms and like all ocean location accommodations the owner did the best possible to combat the odors caused by occupants who slop their wet towels and attire around inside. On that part of the score I can say I have been in many locations with far worse odors. Here we just had a little adjustment on first entering, so KUDOS to the owner. In fact, with the owner's mitigation efforts this factor will likely improve over time. The rental was well supplied throughout including in the bathrooms and the kitchen. Pleasantly,I did happen to meet the owner in person and they were so kind I would happily seek out their locations when renting in the North Padre area again.
