The location was wonderful, the communication was clear, all bedding/linens and beds were exactly what we needed and we enjoyed cooking in the full kitchen.

We had a great stay at this condo. The beachfront location and beautiful ocean view made it easy to relax and enjoy every day. Waking up to the sound of the waves and spending time on the deck/patio was definitely a highlight.The condo was comfortable and well-equipped with thoughtful amenities, including air conditioning, a washer and dryer, which made our stay convenient and stress-free. Everything we needed for a pleasant beach vacation was available.If you're looking for a comfortable place with easy beach access and a great view, this condo is an excellent choice. We would gladly stay here again.

Didn't have time for the pool, the beach was so close and our timing was perfect with good weather and we beat the crowds. The unit was comfortable and was a great place to relax after many busy days.

We could see the beach water from the front balcony and it was a two or three minute walk to the beach. The condo with two roll away beds and two bedrooms and two bathrooms was perfect for my family of five with three teens. The neighbors both tourists like us and the permanent residents were great. We will likely try to book this exact spot again. It was a third floor condo so keep the stairs in mind if yiu have mobility issues yiu may want somewhere else.

Coast rental

I loved that we were right off the beach during our stay here. We had easy access to the beach from the rental property if we chose to walk or drive. Worked out lovely for our 3 night trip.

Fishing weekend.

Me and the boys needed a cheap place to stay for our yearly fishing trip. This spot exceeded expectations for the rate that we paid. Beautiful views and very clean and comfortable condo!

So close to the beach!

The condo was really nice with an excellent view. The best part was that it merely took a few minutes to walk across the street and get on the beach. David was a great host and excellent communication. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it!

Great Location

The bedding was super comfortable and the unit was close enough to the beach so we could walk, so that was awesome! The only downfall is that the unit had a musky odor when you first walk in and it could use some deep cleaning. The owners did say they woud let the cleaning crew know, also the shampoo and conditioner dispenser was clogged in the main bedroom, it definitely needs replaced. I did like that the owners responded quickly, but I don't think I would stay there again though. But thank you for allowing us to stay, the bed was super comfy

As a part of a military family, I have traveled to many places. I know the importance of having a place to stay that feels like your home. Come and stay with us and enjoy your island home.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

Numerous restaurants, bars, & events are within a reasonable walking/driving distance. Far enough from the city to enjoy nature and some quiet times, and only a 25 minute drive to downtown Corpus Christi with all that it has to offer. The beach is within walking distance (5 min walk, 3 minute run). The closest access is the seawall where there are public restrooms and showers for your use. It is also Handicap-accessible! You can walk over to the Salty Dolphin for some beachy drinks and snacks. Just down the street, the Boathouse Bar & Grill is open for lunch, dinner, and drinks with a view!

5303 is on the third floor. There is no elevator so please keep this in mind. It’s worth the view from your front door!

We’ve provided some chairs right outside the front door for you to lounge and enjoy the incredible sunrises. Look to your right and you’ll see the beach- which is a short 5 minute walk from your condo.

You’re a short walk away from the complex pool and gazebo area where you’re welcome to relax, swim, eat, and lounge!

To get to the pool area: head behind the building, walk through to the sidewalk that runs between the other buildings (this will seem less confusing when you arrive at the complex). Walk down that middle sidewalk and you’ll find the gate entrance to the pool. If you have any questions or need any assistance, we are a call or text away!

In this unit, there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms for your use.
