Pebble Beach is a professionally landscaped, gated community with parking limited to guests & owners (2 parking passes per rental). Sorry, no elevators and no golf carts or pets allowed.

Please Note: No boats, trailers, or any towed items are permitted on the premises. The F Building is directly in front of the indoor/outdoor pool & clubhouse which has a weight room.. It¡s also close to tennis courts & only a short walk to the ocean and the oceanfront pool!

UPSTAIRS: Spiral Stairs lead to the Loft Bedroom which has a Queen Bed and a Full Bath.

2 DVD players, Central Heat & Air. Stackable Washer/Dryer. Ceiling Fans. Beach Chairs.

No Smoking. No Pets.

PARKING INFORMATION: All units are provided with 2 Gate Cards and 2 Parking Passes. Additional Parking Passes are available upon request at or after check-in.

Rents weekly Saturday-Saturday.

Linens and Towels are provided. (weekly stays only)

Please Note:
(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
