Welcome to `Toes In The Sand` - a 2 level ocean view condo located in the popular gated community of Sound of The Sea that can sleep up to 7 people. Easy beach access from every unit.

Designed for beach living, this unit has two bedrooms, one full bath and one half bath. Both levels have outdoor balconies for views of the ocean and the grounds of the complex.

The Sound of The Sea Complex is located in the heart of Emerald Isle. `Toes In The Sand` is located in the North Building of the complex and is a 2 level condo with ocean views from both levels and is located just minutes from everything (walkable or by car):

- 4/10ths of a mile to Sol Bowls
- half mile to Gaffers or to Caribsea
- half mile to Publix
- half mile to Food Lion and Emerald Plantation Shopping Center

⭐WHAT`S INCLUDED⭐
- Linens for all beds
- Bath linens (no beach towels)
- Toilet paper, paper towels, starter garbage bags, dish soap, shampoo, body soap
- Complimentary Coffee, assorted creamers and sugar
- Downstairs storage area with access to beach chairs, beach toys and beach wagon (please rinse off after use)

⭐OTHER THINGS TO NOTE⭐

- Please note that to access the second story is via a spiral staircase.

- Grilling is not allowed on the decks or on the common hallway. There are community grilling areas around the complex.

- This is a NO PET, NO SMOKING unit.

- Limit of two cars. Parking is NOT allowed in carport as this is reserved for owners. Gate card is provided for easy access in and out of the gated community. General parking area & the overflow parking lot are available for guests.

- Storage room does have space to store bikes. The Emerald Isle Bike path is accessible via Reed Drive or Emerald Drive.
**We ask that all Guests are registered and that the Vacation Rental Agreement has been acknowledged prior to receiving access code to rental. **

*Main guest must be 25 years of age or older.
*Do NOT put any sand, shells, food bits or any other debris down ANY drains or toilets. Please rinse sandy items at the beach access shower.
*Keep all doors and windows closed while the A/C or heat is running.
*No smoking inside unit.
*No pets
*No open flames inside unit
*Be courteous to other tenants & guests regarding local noise ordinances.
*Grilling is not allowed on the decks or on the common hallway. There are community grilling areas around the complex.
*Limit of two cars. Parking is NOT allowed in carport as this is reserved for owners. Gate card is provided for easy access in and out of the gated community.

*DAMAGES: Every effort has been made to repair any damages to the premises prior to your arrival. However, if you should discover any damages when you arise, please notify our office immediately so that we can verify the problem and not hold you responsible. **Henna tattoos are not allowed in any of the Crystal Coast Realty & Home Services rental properties. Tenants will be charged for any damages caused by the dye from tattoos. **

* REPAIRS: If you have any problem with plumbing, heating/air, or appliances during you stay, please notify our property manager so that we may correct any problem as soon as possible. There is no charge for this service unless the breakdown has been caused by your actions (i.e., Sanitary items flushed down toilet, bottle caps in a disposal.)

Upon check-out:
*Strip sheets from used beds. Leave mattress pads and comforters. Housekeeping will launder those separately.
*Place used sheets & towels near washing machine closet.
*Wash, dry, & put away any dishes/utensils used during your stay.
*Remove all trash from the unit. Dumpsters are located on site.
*Place all used beach items neatly back into the Storage Closet in the carport.
