Bank and Salon conveniently located in the same quaint plaza. Greenway access located behind townhouse for peaceful walks or bike rides. So many amenities just within walking distance!

Our stay at Shiva’s place was everything we needed and more. We used the home as temporary housing while building a house nearby, and it truly felt like home during our stay.The property looks exactly like the photos and was incredibly clean. Check-in was easy and seamless, and Shiva was always responsive, helpful, and kind whenever we reached out. They even went above and beyond to help us with documentation we needed to get our son enrolled in the appropriate school while we were living there, which we really appreciated.The location is wonderful. The neighborhood is beautiful, quiet, and safe, with mature trees and friendly neighbors. Our kids absolutely loved the community park and pool, as well as riding their bikes and playing behind the house in the quiet circle near the garage.There’s also so much within easy reach. You can walk to a delicious bakery and 131 Main (if you know, you know!), easily access the greenway for walks and bike rides, and get to Lake Norman and Jetton Park in about 10 minutes.We really can’t say enough good things about our experience. Shiva was a wonderful host, the home and neighborhood were fantastic for our family, and we would absolutely stay here again if we ever needed a place in the area. If you’re considering booking it, we highly recommend it!

We had a wonderful time at Shiva’s place. The location, the neighborhood, the townhouse meet all our expectations. He was very timely in answering my texts, although there were few. We love this place and can’t wait to return!

Never disappoints

This was our fourth stay at this townhouse, the first time with the new owner, Shiva. He was extremely accommodating to our weather related travel and answered our questions in a timely manner.It is such a comfortable place and so convenient to everything, groceries, restaurants, the freeway. We can’t wait to come back!

FABULOUS STAY

We absolutely loved our stay at Shiva's home. Comfy, clean home and plenty of room for our 6 person family. Had all of the amenities we needed for a longer stay. The neighborhood was SO AMAZING. Beautiful tree-lined streets, greenway path for walking and biking just down the street, restaurants are a walkable one block away, and the pool, playground, and basketball court are just a short walk away. Highly recommend this home!

Great long-term stay

My husband and I stayed for 10 weeks during our home renovation. The property was clean and comfortable, and we had everything we needed. The small issues we did have (to be expected over a 10 week stay) were resolved quickly by Shiva. Also, Shiva was flexible when we had to extend our stay by a few days. Overall, we were very satisfied with the property and would recommend it. Thank you

Great location, beautiful condo with lots of space, very comfortable beds, plenty of closet and dresser space in the two primary bedrooms, welll stocked kitchen for cooking. Huge note, stairs! There are two flights of stairs, one from ground floor to main floor and one from main to bedrooms and laundry. They are steep and narrow. If stairs are difficult for you, don't rent this place. Which is a shame, because it's a beautiful place.

5 stars! ⭐️

I stayed here for five weeks and wish I could’ve stayed longer! The place was very clean and super cozy. I felt right at home with all the amenities I could possibly need, extra blankets, well stocked kitchen, cute decor, even a garage to use! Shiva is an awesome host, very easy to communicate with and helped with anything I needed right away. The location is very close to stores/restaurants with easy access to the highway. It was a great walkable area for me and my dog. I stayed here mostly solo with a few visitors at times and I felt very safe and welcome in the community. I definitely recommend this place and can’t wait to come back!
