The apartment is stunning and extremely clean. The five star amenities (such as pool access) are amazing. The hosts have the apartment stocked with everything you need and provide great instructions. We loved the apartment and hope to return in the future.

Just a wonderful stay! The owners were as gracious and welcoming as you could be. They helped make our stay special as we braved the winter storm of 2026. The unit is private and brand new and has everything that you would need for your stay in Davison. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this Vrbo! The over-the-garage apartment was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Everything we needed was provided, and the space felt welcoming and cozy.The pool and Jacuzzi were fantastic amenities and made our stay even more relaxing. We especially enjoyed spending time outdoors and taking advantage of the peaceful atmosphere.The host was friendly, responsive, and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our visit. Their hospitality truly enhanced our experience.We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean, relaxing getaway with great amenities and an outstanding host. We would definitely stay here again!

This was our favorite place we stayed at on our trip! It was the perfect spot.. new, beautifully furnished, great neighborhood close to town. Our kids loved their amazing pool!! The host was super nice and accommodating. All the little details did not go unnoticed.

Awesome apartment Great hosts

Apartment is very clean and tastefully decorated. You can find everything you need. It’s private and as described walking distance to the Main Street as well as Davidson College. There’s also a bbq. Biggest bonus is the awesome pool. Highly recommend this listing.

Tori was a wonderful host. The apartment was bright and inviting with all the tools you'll need to cook if you want. The neighborhood was gorgeous and close enough to downtown Davidson to walk!! I will be back again! Thanks!

The Best VRBO Stay!

The neighborhood, the apartment, the location, amenities are all top notch. We typically stay in VRBOs vs hotels and this is our best find yet! The apartment is beautiful with everything you would need provided. It is very clean. Communication with the hosts was pleasant and easy. This is one I’d like to gate keep it’s so good!! We will be back and hopefully be able to enjoy the gorgeous pool next time.
