Everything was so homey and well-appointed with lots of personal touches. The location was perfect for our needs. The area also felt safe which was very important. We definitely recommend this property.

This house was just perfect. It was clean, the bed was comfortable, AC/ heat worked great and was so quiet we could hardly tell it was on. Nice hot shower, plenty of good coffee, everything we needed was there. Just a 10 minute shady walk to historic downtown. We could not have picked a better place to stay.

Overall was a great stay.. bed not the most comfortable (but there's really no place like home). Loved the look of this renovated older home and it was clean.

We stayed there for three week while we did a search for our new home. We had plenty of space for both of us and really didn’t encounter any issues. Many thanks to Kim and Jimmy for a wonderful experience.

The home was very clean, and they had everything we needed. The master bed was comfy, and we slept well. The location was walking distance to downtown with plenty of sidewalks. Owners were above and beyond hospitable! We would definitely stay again!

We stayed here for my son's Davidson College graduation. It was a perfect location. Just a quick 12 minute drive back to the school. The house had everything equipped in the kitchen that you would need. And it was just a few minutes from downstairs Mooresville. Lots of restaurants to choose from for our after graduation ceremony. Definitely would stay here again.
