Fabulous Christmas stay!

We came for the Christmas holidays and the home was completely decorated including a decorated Christmas tree! Could not have asked for a more beautiful warm stay! Loved it!

Second Stay

I usually end a good review with “would stay again” so this seems the right way to start a review of a second stay.This is a very cute little home. The owners had the place decorated for Christmas, which we felt was a very nice touch.We have family in Mooresville, and this is now our official place to stay when we visit.

Very nice comfortable home

Wonderful comfy home that was very clean and well thought out with supplies for anything we could have possibly have needed. We really enjoyed the location and being able to walk to downtown Mooresville.Would recommend a visit to the historic hardware store, artist store s and a very good dinner at Big Tony’s BBQ.

Great Stay

The house is in a great location with an easy walk to down town. Everything is clean and well furnished. We will stay here again.

Nice house for first time in USA

Nice house for our first time in USA, very quiet location even if it's directly on a street. Downtown Mooresville is reachable by foot but better by car. Check in was easy and also the check out

4 day stay for Mooresville wedding

We loved our stay at this charming home, that was equipped with all the comforts of home. Great location, near downtown, and the house has been given many upgrades that are beautiful yet still maintains the older home charm. Great job Kim!

Cute house

We used to live in Mooresville, and were back to visit family. This was a great choice for us. This is a cute older home, in an older part of town. The location is super convenient. From the front it looks like a duplex, but the house just has 2 front doors. The home has been updated, so things are very nice, but they have retained the character. Huge back yard, which we didn’t use. Lots of parking. Check in was very easy — we had the code to the door before we arrived. The WiFi password had been changed which we were able to handle with a quick text — solved in about 2 minutes. Can’t hope for better than that. Everything was as described and shown in photos. We would certainly stay there again.

4 night stay in Mooresville

Everything was clean and everything i would need was available. Location was great, walked to nearly everything. Drove to the gym and store which were just minutes away. Side porch swing would have been nice, but very dirty, lots of cat hair, but the one eyed cat was really friendly.

Perfect place for a race weekend at the Trackhouse motorplex! Great location, well appointed, and comfortable. Personal touches throughout the house which made the stay comfortable!

Wedding shower stay

We had the best stay at this property. Her attention to detail is wonderful. Home is VERY CLEAN!! She goes above and beyond on everything! She did a beautiful job on the updates. We highly recommend this property for your next stay.

Lovely Stay

We were in Mooresville for two nights to celebrate my uncles retirement. This was the perfect little house for our trip. We were close to anything we needed and the house was cozy & welcoming. I would definitely rebook this property if I needed a spot in Mooresville again.

Moorseville GOC rally

Very clean and very well located . Lots of space and very modern. 4 of us stayed and were very pleased. The neighbors were very nice. When the add says walking distance to everything it really is. Would stay here again in a heart beat.
