The heat worked great once we figured out how to reset it. The whole place was plenty of space for our family of 5. Overall a good visit.

Cute place. Perfect location. Loved being able to walk to all the fun restaurants and bars on Brady Street. The host was very responsive.

Comfortable Stay

Comfortable property in a great location. Liked that my adult children could walk to nearby restaurants, shops and bars. Neighborhood parking is limited, but not unusual for downtown-type stays.

Great location just off Brady!

Great location right off Brady and close to shops and restaurants. Host Daniel is very responsive host. Very clean property and delivers as advertised.

Spacious, clean, and right off of Brady Street and its Italian bakeries! We were able to drop off our luggage prior to check in, which was hugely appreciated. Plenty of space, great wall unit air conditioners, convenient washer/dryer. Danny responded promptly to any questions. One minor error in the listing: there is a fire pit in the backyard, and no fireplace in the house.

It was clean and very well supplied. If you don't like a busy area this is not the place for you. We enjoyed the business and loved being able to walk around. Parking was often a bit difficult, often having to park at least a block away. We enjoyed it and would stay again. Daniel was very helpful.

It is a nicely located property right off Brady St. You can walk to just about whatever restaurant or bar you want. I would recommend bringing your own fan or sound machine, as there is no white noise and people can be loud late at night outside. The bedrooms do not have fans, so air flow would be good to have. Overall, nice place to stay!

Great location. Place is ok. It needs a little TLC. We had a broken coffee maker, broken chair, and outlets too loose to use to charge a phone. There was no dish rack for drying any dishes that were used. We just laid them out on the table,. We thought there were no sharp knives, but then found some in a bedroom cabinet. Our reservation said 4 people but there were only 3 bath towels and 1 hand towel. Two of the beds had top sheets, 2 had only fitted sheets on the bottom. When we contacted the owner it took about 15 hours and 2 messages for him to respond. We ended up buying a towel and paper towels. Never got top sheets. When owner responded he did say he was out of town. I hate giving a poor review and maybe all of this was a one-off.

I was out of town at the time, but I understand the delay in communication was frustrating. I appreciate you bringing these issues to my attention. The property is on a high traffic street where parking is scarce. The noise level from all the night life on Brady st until 4am is a bit much. First time staying in Milwaukee, and just wanted to be close to the Fiserve for a concert. Probably will not stay near Brady street again. As for the property, my only comment to make better is to insure more than one roll of extra bathroom tissue is given for a party of 6 people. The original roll only started at half.

Every word here can be corroborated by all four people. Communication regarding check in code etc. with the manager or owner finally happened just a couple hours before check-in, instead of the 24 hours as promised. There is no off-street parking, and finding street spots is darn near impossible. There were 4 bath towels for 4 guests, no hand towels, no wash cloths. There was only 1/2 roll of toilet paper. It is 50 feet from a bar with a lot of street noise at bar closing. Beds were comfortable.

Brady street

The price was very reasonable. It was great to be near restaurants and coffee shops. Unfortunately, we were there over the weekend and there was considerable noise into the wee hours of the morning. We learned that one needs to register with MPD for parking and there are restrictions. You can only park on the street for 3 days out of 30 and need to park on the odd side on odd days and even side on even nights. The WI-FI was poor. The coffee pot was a nespresso type but no pods were provided. A few more coffee cups could be provided. More towels and sheets could have been provided. The pillows could be updated. The outside furniture could be cleaner. I think that this might work for young people who want to be in a busy neighborhood who want a reasonable place to stay. The location was near the lake and museums .
