The primary bedroom features a high-end Sealy king bed, updated private bathroom, large corner television and its own sliding door leading onto the large balcony. IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING SANDY SHORES WEST: STAIRS: The property is on the 2nd floor of a walk-up building and requires climbing 2 sets of stairs. 2 umbrella stands are provided, please bring your own umbrellas as ours are frequently flying away!

*PARKING: This complex offers (1) covered, assigned parking space under the building. One additional spot is allowed in the space directly across the assigned parking. *PETS: This property IS pet friendly to DOGS ONLY! You are welcome to bring up to two dogs during your vacation, however each pet MUST be registered, and the pet fee must be paid per pet. Failure to register and pay the pet fee can result in being fined and/or evicted.

*CANCELLATION: In the event you have to cancel we will work with you as much as possible, however we do have a Cancellation Policy in place.
