It was quiet neighborhood, loved the layout and decor was so cute. It was very ideal for multiple families to stay. Two bedrooms have their own bathrooms and also a 3rd bath in the hall. Not far from the beach, and we also drove to a few things within a hour or so away

What a great space to stay in. It was close to the beach, shopping, fun activities, and had room for all of us, and the decor and amenities made our stay comfortable. The host was responsive to any questions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The rental exceeded our expectations. The younger family members were totally thrilled with every aspect of the decor, sleeping accommodations and how much better it was than staying in a hotel. We highly recommend this rental!

Great house, it may look plain on the outside, but the inside is gorgeous!! Spacious rooms with 3 full baths. The decor is so cute, it’s a great beach house off the island. It would be great if there was a broom or vacuum available to help with the sand and dirt that accumulates on a beach vacation. I feel like the house could use a mid-season deep clean, but we still felt comfortable. The kitchen is fantastic with a roomy fridge and great stove. The shower pressure was also great.

We travel to the Holly Ridge and Topsail area often because we have family in the area. This was by far the best fit and experience with a VRBO for us. We don't spend a lot of time in our rentals except for morning and late evening. The coffee and snack setup, comfy, spacious beds and 3 full bathrooms made this trip a joy! Thanks!

We loved this property for our family beach trip. The cottage is very up dated and spacious with plenty of room. The decorations are very good and the picture story of the the renovation was awesome too.

Highly Recommend

We absolutely loved staying at this property and can’t wait to return! The layout is perfect and the decor is beautiful! We didn’t mind the drive to the beach and were close to everything Holly Ridge has to offer. I highly recommend this home to anyone wanting a beach vacation without the hefty cost of staying directly on the beach.

Very roomy updated vacation home with beautiful beach decor. My family of 9 fit perfectly . The kids loved the bunk room! The host was very pleasant and easy to contact with any questions. Easy check in and out. Very clean and cool air for our hot stay. Would stay here again and recommend to others!

Beautifully redone, spacious, private yet close to so much!

I really appreciated how flexible the owner Melanie was; my family was traveling in from out of state for a retirement on base and we had a mixup in the dates and she went above and beyond to make it work. The home is so spacious and well laid out and the street is very private and quiet while being so close to things.. I will definitely be booking again!

Awesome place!

Melanie was super easy to work with and made my first vrbo stay fantastic. She was super fast to get back to my every message and works very hard to make a nice, but affordable place for you to stay. It was super clean and a short drive to the beach which was nice! Neighborhood was quiet as well. We highly recommend Melanie!

Eight was great!

We had three couples and two children. The kids didn't want to leave the kids room as it was amazing! They did play in the spacious yard some as well. Each bed was so comfortable which was great as well. We all got a restful night's sleep. Even though there was eight of us, there was never a problem with having hot water. The air conditioner kept the house very cool even for the most hot natured of us. The charm of the house was one of the best parts. It is newly renovated and the owners did an amazing job! It was a sad day to leave but we will be back! Thank you so much for an amazing place to make beautiful memories!! Jane Price June 2024
