Relaxing home with scenic views

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We booked this place based on reviews and photos online and looks like a newer property based on the others listed. The layout of home is really nice open concept. Plenty of seating and couch was comfy. Rooms are nice, mater bedroom is huge, bed is comfy. Aveda toiletries a nice touch as I love their products. Outdoor space is great. Could have been a little cleaner, there were still crumbs on dining table and chairs left from previous guest. A couple items needed attention and the host was quick to respond. Communication and customer service with host was great. Location is about 10 min drive to town. Nice views and quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again. Prices were decent too. Bring your own detergent as there were what looked like TIDE pods available and that makes my allergies go crazy. Overall the place was GREAT!

Great unit

This was one of the nicest units we have stayed in. It was very comfortable and served as a great base to explore the nearby parks. The EV charging was a plus.

Great Getaway

We had an awesome stay on property celebrating Thanksgiving with our extended family who stayed in a nearby unit. It was a great weekend with excellent proximity to downtown Moab and the National Parks. Highly recommend.

Great stay. Clean, easy to find.Walls are a bit thin. Given the adjacent master bedrooms between units, I could hear when the neighbors Checkin in at 2 am, conversations, and even snoring…. But maybe that’s a testament to insane snore volume more than thin walls? \_(ツ)_/ Anyway, overall awesome stay and provided exactly what we needed; A place to crash at night and charge the EV.

Place was clean, but primary bed was “squeaky” and the home was outdated. It served our stay just fine.

Perfect location

It was clean and comfortable. Water pressure in shower was good, kitchen has enough utensils and such, sofas were also comfortable. The garage was handy as was the washer and dryer. We enjoyed our stay and would book again.

Great Place!

Comfortable, clean, quiet. Lot's of space to spread out for the 8 people we had in our group. Check-in/out was simple. Nice to have the large garage to store our bikes and gear.

Beautiful and comfortable

This condo was exactly as advertised. We loved our stay there. It was easy to check in and find what we needed. We didn’t have to contact the manager about anything. The pool and hot tub were nice too.

Nice place, would stay again!

Kids loved the twin rooms. Nice kitchen made it easy to cook meals for the family at home. Like the location. I wish i would have known about the access to the neighboring pool and hot tub since we didnt bring swim stuff since we saw the information that it was closed.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely home outside of Moab. Perfect location. Views that are fabulous. Home was very comfortable and clean, all on one level, use of the garage was a big plus. Its proximity to town was perfect without all of the hoopla dealing with noise and traffic. Dealing with the reality company was a blessing as they were incredibly responsive and very helpful in answering any questions or concerns we had. We would definitely rent with Makenna's again.

Great stay

Great home base for our family as we visited Moab and the nearby parks! Clean and comfortable, spacious, and nice to have garage parking attached to the unit. Nice neighborhood of seemingly mostly vacation home/short term rentals with great views of the surrounding cliffs. Clean and comfortable living areas and bedrooms. Only minor issue we had was that the king bed in the primary bedroom was creaky and any movement by my wife or I would shake the bed and make noise, disturbing the other when sleeping. Might just need a quick tune-up and tightening/adjustment of some joints. Minor problem overall though, and we enjoyed our stay very much!

Bring your own pillows- otherwise great place

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was well stocked with basic kitchen supplies. We were able to prepare all of our meals there which was great. There is no pantry or place to put food so we used our storage totes and just stacked it in them out of the way. No ice maker. Only thing that made it less than desirable was the pillows. We should have brought our own, I don’t know why we didn’t actually because we normally do and apparently we are pillow snobs, but these pillows were about as cheap as could be. The pool was open and new. Big hot tub. We would stay here again.

Expensive Mediocrity

The house itself was ok, neighborhood was quiet and it was nice to have a garage for parking. That is all the nice things I can say. The pillows and sheets were stained. The dishes and silverware were all dirty. The AC struggled to maintain a good temperature. The beds were uncomfortable. The kitchen was not appointed with even the basic oils or seasonings. There were several large spiders and spider webs throughout the property. Overall the price we paid was very high and the quality was very low. I would not recommend staying here with the abundance of other similarly priced options in the area.

Hi Kevin- We are glad you enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and garage during your stay. If you do stay with us again, please contact us during your stay and we can then be aware of any issues and work towards fixing these concerns right away. We sincerely apologize for the issues you encountered with cleanliness, comfort, and amenities. We have only ever received the highest star rating from previous guests and it’s unfortunate to see your rating. We are looking into the sheets and pillows immediately as this has never been brought to our attention. The AC unit has also never been mentioned by other guests and we are working with our maintenance team to look into this further. Moab can be a hot area and the AC units for all homes in Moab are definitely worked at the highest functionality to ensure the best comfort level for all guests. The kitchen does have most of the basics spices but we ask guests to bring their desired spices as we have so many guests from all over the world. Cooking oils are especially recommended to bring to ensure each guest cooks with their preferred oil. (i.e., olive oil, coconut oil, butter…etc.) Regarding the spiders webs, we check all units before check in and in some cases webs can be created in less than an hour before guests arrive. However, we are working with our maintenance team to spray to reduce this issue. We appreciate your input and will work to provide a better experience for future guests.

Moab Vacation Home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What a beautiful home! The location was perfect and allowed us to pivot out of it for 6 nights going to the National Parks. We loved eating outside with the beautiful scenery. After a long day hiking, the hot tub was so nice. The beds were very comfortable, kitchen well-stocked, garage and washer/dryer were a plus, and living room very comfortable for our group of 4. Only comments are: kitchen needs some hot pads; would be nice to have additional hangers in closets and dirty greasy pan was left in oven. But these are all minor! Overall it was a wonderful house. We felt at home and would definitely stay here again!
