Enjoyed our stay here. Property was easily accessible and we had nice areas to walk near the house. West Jefferson was close by for groceries and restaurants. Beautiful of time of year!

Perfect getaway

Great stay

Had everything we needed. We spent time on the screen porch overlooking the creek. It was very peaceful and relaxing. Overall a great stay.

Great Place Overa

Overall a great little cabin. Bring spices and probably some larger pans and cooking utensils. Very cozy and nice decor.

Underwhelming with broken stuff

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin was cozy and we liked the heavily wooded setting. The game table pictured does not work at all. It is useless, broken, with missing pieces and damaged equipment. Please take photos off of your site, as this is absolutely not a selling point. The beds were way too soft for anyone who wants/needs a somewhat firm mattress. The hot tub jets wouldn’t turn off after we used it, and it was very loud during the whole duration of our stay. For a place that supposedly accommodates 6, there are far too few kitchen utensils and cookware. The cabin is cluttered with junky decorations that are positioned in silly places—watch your toes! You’ll stub them going to and fro from the bathroom.The screen porch was nice.

Great mountain weekend

Lovely cabin, perfectly sized for mom, dad and daughter, clean, great amenities, and close to West Jefferson for a wonderful day trip! Much needed relaxation in the hot tub and fire pit and the sound of the creek was like a lullaby. Would definitely stay here again!

Awesome Hidden gem

Enjoyed the cabin as well as the running creek. Very private and cozy. Saw a family of deer twice a day everyday . Highly recommend, would love to visit again.

Great cozy cabin

Perfect little cabin for a getaway to the woods. Very clean and well kept. Loved the porches, listening to the creek and having a family of deer visit each day.

Great place to relax

The house is adorable. Plenty of places to relax or enjoy family time. Loved using the firpit and listening to the creek at night. Enjoyed getting in the hot tub when it got chilly out. Overall great stay!

The cabin was exactly as described, very cozy, very charming. We had everything we needed for a 3 night getaway. The kids especially enjoyed sleeping in the loft with the rain drumming on the tin roof. I appreciated the small fenced in area where we could let our dog out, instead of having to leash her every time.

Our favorite spot!

This is our second stay at this charming log cabin. We come up to visit our son and this spot is perfect. We love the two porches, especially the screened porch which overlooks the creek, and we often see deer strolling through the woods. The cabin has everything you need, including very comfortable beds!

Creek side serenade

Property represented well in advertisement. House was clean and comfortable. In a very quiet neighborhood. Would definitely recommend staying there.

Quiet and cozy

We enjoyed every thing…even though the fireplace was not working. But overall, it was a nice, comfortable fun getaway! Hot tub was lovely!
