Palazzo #604 is located on the 6th floor, making the Gulf views phenomenal from this unit. You’re high enough to escape any noise coming from pool deck and beach, but not too high to see all of the beauty the beach has to offer. You will love sitting out on the large 17 ft balcony watching the dolphins or enjoying the breath-taking Florida sunsets! This is the perfect spot to have your morning coffee and evening cocktails.

You’ll have everything you need to help make your vacation comfortable. The condo is one of the largest and open floor plans in the area with 9 Ft ceilings and windows that stretch from floor to ceiling and run the width of the condo.

The great room has neutral tones, with a beachy feel. It has a sofa and love seat. For entertainment, the condo features a Samsung TV and Blu-ray player, cable, WiFi and a variety of movies are provided for your enjoyment. There is also an assortment of books and games.

The kitchen features granite counter tops, stainless appliances, a good-sized pantry and breakfast bar with bar stools. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you might need and includes a coffee maker, blender and toaster. There is also a dining area with table and chairs to enjoy your meals, when not eating outside.

The master bedroom features a super-comfortable king-size bed, with closet and lots of storage. There is also a flat screen TV with cable in the bedroom. The master bath includes a tub/shower.

The bunk room features a day bed (twin). Right off that is the hall bath with stand-up shower.

The laundry room includes a stackable washer and dryer that makes it easy to keep your clothes and beach towels clean.

We have a keyless access code system, so no wasting time checking-in; you go straight to the condo! No key cards to keep up with or worry about misplacing them while at the beach.

The Building – Palazzo is a non-smoking building, that is unique because the 4-level garage is directly under the building, so no walking over a crosswalk and then taking another elevator to your car. You would not believe how convenient this makes it! There is a $40 parking fee that covers your entire stay. Also, Palazzo is known to have some of the fastest elevators in the area, making getting to and from the beach or your car a breeze.

Amenities – Palazzo features a heated swimming pool located on the fifth level making for spectacular views, a hot tub located beside the pool that is always well maintained. There is also a fitness center that overlooks the Gulf. Makes working out much more enjoyable!

Location – Palazzo is conveniently located on the west end side of the beach closer to 30A, yet less than a mile from Pier Park. It’s also less than a 20-minute ride to the new Panama City Beach International Airport.
