Newly renovated. Featuring four bedrooms, 3 bathrooms - including a large and soothing master en-suite, two large decks, out-door shower, central AC and private beach rights. The open floor plan is sunny and bright with cool ocean breezes, and underscores the casual and relaxing feel of the house. Glass windows and sliding doors invite you out to one of the two large decks making this an ideal home for outdoor living and entertaining. The outdoor grill is directly fed with propane gas via a dedicated line.

Beautiful Hither-Hills beach is just a few minutes walk away, and less if you take your bike or car to one of the Beach's private parking area. Conveniently located with both the town's dining and entertainment offerings as well as an exclusive spa facility just a few minutes drive away. Your idyllic summer awaits you in this charming home.

We had a great stay over July 4th weekend. The house was immaculate and fully stocked with everything we needed. We loved that we could walk to the beach and we enjoyed eating on the outdoor deck. It was a heat wave and we really appreciated how well the air conditioning worked. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of drawer and closet space in all the bedrooms. We will definitely be back. Thanks Patrick for a wonderful stay.

This property was absolutely beautiful. All of the furniture, appliances, decor and amenities were of the highest standards. The design of the home is so well thought out. The house was immaculate. It's in a great location, within five minutes of anything you could possibly want do in Montauk. I would highly recommend this property and will definitely look forward to returning in the not too distant future!

Wonderful Stay!

The house is beautiful, comfortable, and an easy walk to the beach. It has so many extra amenities for a great stay (indoor/outdoor space, soaking tub, outdoor shower, wood burning fireplace). We had the best time!

Great house

The house was clean and a perfect size for my friends and I. It was very close to town and Patrick was very responsive with any questions I had! I definitely recommend staying at this property.

We had the best time and will definitely be back again. Patrick was easy to communicate with and left very detailed instructions which was super helpful. House was gorgeous and only a quick walk to the beach! 10/10 would recommend!

Perfect Weekend!

I stayed here for a Fall wedding with some long time friends and could not be more impressed. Patrick's home was beautiful and spotless. I would highly recommend this listing!

Had a great stay, the house is very nice and perfectly located (so close to the beac) !

Very easy communication and check in process ! Had an amazing weekend between the days on the beach and the evening on the terrasse enjoying the barbecue. Thank you again !

Montauk Stay

Had a great trip with friends for Memorial Day weekend. Home was beautiful and an ideal location in Montauk near everything. Patrick was very helpful and able to give us everything we needed to know for a great weekend in Montauk. Will be recommending!

A fantastic girls weekend!

Thank you so much to Patrick for giving us a fantastic home base for our girls weekend. The house was beautifully decorated and impeccably clean upon arrival. The kitchen was well stocked with serving trays and cooking supplies, and the deck was lovely for dining al fresco. We very much enjoyed our stay and would recommend this home to other groups!
