Nice open floor plan. Great amount of kitchenware & utensils for cooking. Bed was very comfortable.Quiet with nice views. I would stay here again.

The pool was dirty but it is community. House had everything in it. Was good stay.

Thank you for your feedback. We’d like to clarify for future guests that the community pool is managed by the HOA and was temporarily under maintenance during this guests' stay. It has since been restored and is fully operational. Historically, the pool has been consistently clean and well-maintained, with no concerns raised by prior guests. During the maintenance period, there may have been some temporary cleanliness issues due to ongoing work. If any concerns arise with the pool, we always encourage guests to notify us right away so we can promptly coordinate with the HOA to address them.

House has a nice roomy layout. Large bedrooms and nice bathrooms. Kitchen was fully stocked and very functional. Cute backyard with mini golf and corn hole overlooking the golf course. Loved that there was garage access to park. The host was available for questions and quickly responded.

Great location, friendly host

Since I was traveling to meet family for holiday, this location was perfect. The home is very close to neighborhood amenities and is very well maintained and comfortable. Terrific experience.

Excellent location for quiet stay, safe walking, good restaurants, convenient pool, enjoyable backyard view watching golfers every day. Also easy to access freeway into downtown phoenix. Host was responsive & helpful. I just wish the windows were cleaned & functioned better. They need replacement for people who like open windows.

Great Place! We Highly Recommend!!

We enjoyed our stay and communication with the owner was great! We loved the pool for our little one & it was so close. The bedrooms were close together, both with their own bathroom was nice for everyone having their own space. The kitchen & living room were spacious and perfect for our family! Definently recommend!

I would remove the wall that is covered in plastic leaves above the bed as many bugs were found in it. I did let the owner know and suggested spray we did not find. No one wants to sleep where bugs are in a bedroom

Nice place. Would rent again

Location was perfect for me to access friends, family & restaurants in Ahwatukee. Everything was great, however, the back sliding glass door & window shades need replacing.

LPGA golf trip

Location is great to get on and off two major highways through Phoenix. Very nice layout, comfortable living room with a large TV well placed. Nice breakfast bar in the kitchen. Bedrooms are nice sized with very nice ajoining bathrooms. Overall great place for the money!

Very nice house that was nice and clean!! That's all Iask for. The TV sound was a little funky, but we got through it. If you need a nice house in a quiet neighborhood, i recommend this one. It's close to alot of amenities (stores, restaurants). 1/2 mile off of I-10.

Nice location

Neighborhood is nice and quiet. Community pool right next door. Fun games in the backyard. Beds are comfortable and space is a good size. Shampoo, conditioner and soap provided. Bring your own lotion!

Beautiful, fun clean house!!! 10/10

We had an awesome stay in this beautiful home. The home was very clean and had everything we needed. We had fun playing cornhole, 3 hole mini golf and foosball. It is centrally located, nice neighborhood, easy to get to and tons of restaurants and shopping nearby. The host is the best! Great communication and very attentive. We would rent again!!!

Bonus Garage!

We rented this cute house while moving our son to college. The house was conveniently located in a safe, quiet neighborhood with close freeway access. The host was very attentive and readily available. The house was clean and met all of our needs. The garage was especially nice, since our vehicle was packed! We even took advantage of the pool and hot tub! We would definitely rent again!
