** Property is not lakefront. Floating dock is 1/2 mile away with parking area. No beach access connected to community.

Lake Hartwell, Jocassee, hiking & many waterfalls are nearby.

The space
Fully stocked kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, range, refrigerator (ice maker),Keurig, coffee pot w/ filters. All you need is your ground coffee and any sweeteners you may desire.

Propane grill on the front patio.

Both indoor and outdoor dining tables.

3 Smart-TVs

Master has king bed, TV, dresser, large closet, master bath with garden tub.

2 guest rooms have queen beds, large closets, 1 dresser each. Ceiling fans in all rooms and 3 individual fans provided.

Washer and Dryer provided for your convenience.

Linens are provided as well as towels.

Guests have access to the community pool. Bring your floats if you desire.

Guest have daily access to the boat slip. Spaces are limited. Lots of nightly trailer and boat parking nearby with 24/7 access to gated storage areas and lake marinas. All nightly parking is booked directly with the companies. We are not associated. Please ask and we can share additional information.

***Please note: there are steps to enter the condo AND to access the lake at the boat slip which is 0.5 miles away.

*Lake access parking is in the Harbor View lot. If you are comfortable with deep water, you can swim from the floating dock. Bring floats to swim.

*Clemson is only 11 miles away, making this the perfect spot to stay for game day, concert or Clemson School functions*

*Warpath Landing boat ramp is 1.5 miles away. Warpath has several beach areas available for swimming at the end of the boat ramp parking area.

*Lake Keowee Lighthouse Restaurant and Cabana 4.2 miles away

*Lake Hartwell and Jocassee are within 30 min. ** Hartwell is a very large lake. This is going to be parks around Clemson.**

*Plenty of hiking and waterfalls nearby.

*Mile Creek County Park is 6.9 miles away. Swimming, Camping, Playgrounds, boat slips, boat ramps, etc.

The Summer lake view is minimal. It is slightly better during the winter. You can't beat the mountain views though.
