This magnificent residence boasts oversized bedrooms and bathrooms, roof-top patios and overlapping outer terraces, wrap around swimming pools, a modern kitchen and large entertainment spaces, both inside and out.
The entire property offers 3 luxury homes, each offering uniqueness in their views along with the number of rooms and the amount of space you require in order to enjoy the perfect vacation spot for families or groups ranging from 8-30 guests. (A generous discount is offered should you choose to book 2 or 3 of the villas)

boasts 4,636 square feet of air conditioned space, 1,510 square feet of attached pools and an additional 1,725 square feet of balcony/patio space. This 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom residence features 10 foot ceilings, Italian travertine tile flooring, glass walls, glass doors, granite counter-tops and flaunts 2 swimming pools....an infinity-edge pool at the front of the villa as well as a deeper pool in the back.

The house is beautiful. We loved the location, the Coconut Cafe has amazing people and food! Everyone involved with the house were super friendly and helpful. Can’t wait to visit again.

Great place with a few challenges C

The VRBO is a good home with very accommodating concierge and support staff. The place listed that there was a dishwasher. There was not. There were several leaks but they were addressed right away. Because of the rain the bugs were very intense. We were disappointed we could not get in the water by our place. But the pool was amazing. Belize is beautiful but I don’t think we would choose this property again if we returned. We also missed that there is no washer or dryer at this property. Altogether it was an average house for the price. The people from the house that supported us made our trip!

Great property. Amazing service. Highly recommended

We truly enjoyed Villa 1 at Brahma Blue. The property was situated on the small inlet off the lagoon separate from the main island and town of San Pedro. The interior was as described in the listing. The two pools were great - shallow pool in front of the property was great to relax in with beverage while the back pool was well suited for laps or playing around. We comfortably slept our family of 6. Best part of staying was the support by Mare. She was incredibly responsive from the day we booked our stay. She had great suggestions for everything - - renting golf carts, getting groceries and beverages, scheduling excursions and dinner reservations, arranging massages, coordinating with a private chef and recommending beaches. She was awesome every step of the way. The location was great for privacy yet introduced a bit of planning to coordinate with the water taxi. Dino, the water taxi driver, was great and responsive if you wanted to go back and forth of the scheduled times. If you’re planning late nights in San Pedro, this will be something to plan for. This was the perfect spot for us - day trips and couple evenings in San Pedro.

Oasis in Belize

The communication from start to finish was unprecedented. We were treated with such VIP service from the months leading up to our visit all the way through to the final airport drop off. Solany was amazing and Dino shuttled us daily through our adventures. The house is beautiful and very comfortable for our family. Thank you for taking such good care of all of us.

This was my most pleasurable rental process from booking to completion of stay. I have nothing but positive things to say about this property and staff. The communication with property management was streamlined and efficient. I definitely will stay here again when Belize is our travel destination.
