This is a recently remodeled 2 bedroom unit that features open living and kitchen area. There is also an island counter top for eating and prep. The kitchen includes full size frig, over the counter microwave, flat top stove, Keurig coffee maker and toaster Pots, pans, dishware and serving utensils are all included. There is a private bath with shower. One bedroom has a queen size bed and the other has two twin beds. Although the property is gulf front this unit does not have a water view. This property is located in a very popular area of Panama City Beach just minutes from Pier Park shopping and entertainment complex, Frank Brown Sports and Aquatic Center, Walmart, City Pier and Gulf World Marine Park. This property has a pool, hot tub, tiki hut, charcoal grills but sorry no elevators, We do not do daily maid service but in the room is a single set of towels and bed linen. Linen and towels are yours to use and maintain during your stay. There is a guest coin operated laundry room on the property. Pet friendly, 2 pets max and up to 50 pounds each. The beach at the property is not pet friendly but there is a pet friendly beach just a 1/4 mile away.
