One Bedroom Condominium at the Sunbird.

The Sunbird is directly on the beach.

The Association specifies NO SINGLES UNDER 25 YEARS OLD and No Pets.

You have to purchase a parking pass onsite for $25 and armbands for $3 each.

The Sunbird is located on Thomas Drive in Panama City Beach, Florida. The condo features a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom with queen size bed, and sleeper couch in living room. The condo has two TVs and a DVR. The condo is on the second floor with a view of the beach and one of the pools. Sunbird offers three well-maintained swimming pools. The Association specifies NO SINGLES UNDER 25 YEARS OLD and No Pets. This is a non-smoking condo but has a nice balcony, which has a Gulf view. The Gulf can also be viewed from the living room. The kitchen has a refrigerator with auto ice, dishwasher, stove, microwave, as well as all pots, pans, and dishes.

Amazing stay at the sunbird! The condo was comfortable, clean, and had all we needed! Being on the 2nd floor is so nice. Definitely will stay in Alan’s condo again!

Great place to stay. Everything is in walking distance or short drive. Parking lot is easy to get in and out. Room is very clean with a view of the beach.

The host was very attentive to any needs that came up during our 10 day stay at the condo. He responded quickly and professional. I recommend this condo 5 stars. Check in super easy staff there at the property were extremelyPleasant and just made the stay even more pleasurable.

Overall this is a really nice property. The staff was attentive, great pools and beach access centrally located to alot of attractions and restaurants. However there are a few turnoffs, mainly the smell. The whole property from the office to the room smells like sewage. I do belive it's a problem for all the hotels on that part of the strip because everywhere we walked we could smell the sewage even at the store on the corner. That was a huge turn off but that isn't something the owner of the property can control. Secondly, the furnishings and small appliances are a bit outdated and worn. It's serves the purpose, but we couldn't iron because it didn't work, there was no blender and the coffee pot was old but it did work. Overall it was a great stay and we made adjustments where needed.

Have stayed at this condo sev times. It's easy access, convenient to a lot of things. This year there was a terrible septic smell in and around the building and we smelled it in our room.

Great location on the beach. Very easy to park and to get to the room. A big plus for my wife and I is that it’s right next door to pineapple willey’s.

Wonderful stay!

We had a great stay! The condo is a bit of an older place, but was great as far as cleanliness and location! Communication was thorough and the process was easy. The view is great and just steps from the sand would definitely stay again!
