This unit is in Shores of Panama Resort, beach front unit on 3rd Floor. Easy to walk up stairs and no need to wait for elevators. Reserved parking spot on same floor and very close to the unit. Fitness Center, Trash Chute, Elevators and Stairs are right next to the unit. Must be 25 yr old to rent. Unit comfortably accommodates 4 adults (bedroom + 2 additional twin beds in living area) and 2 kids (Bunk Bed) in separate room. Unit has Washer/Dryer, Cooktop, Refrigerator, Oven, Dishwasher and all the utensils . Bring your favorite Kcups for Coffee in the morning while sitting on Patio overlooking the pool and ocean.
Condo has Ring Doorbell with camera outside the unit and has Ring security installed in the unit, Ring security inside does not have any cameras inside the unit.
There is additional $85 Resort Fee (For Wrist bands and Parking Pass) to be paid on arrival (not included in your payment).

We were in the area for a baseball tournament, and of all the places we have stayed for baseball this condo far surpassed our expectations - especially for the price, cleanliness, and great communication from the host. We would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend our host and his condo. Enjoyed the pools, the beautiful beach, all the area restaurants. Rooms were clean and comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked, if you wanted to cook! Host was most accommodating and very responsive. Parking garage was sort of crazy, but that is really no one’s fault, just the way it was built! Would definitely like to come back again!

You can't beat the view. This was our first time at PCB and staying at a large resort, so the check in process was different for us. The 3rd floor location is idea for this area. The view was amazing. I was concerned about slow elevators, but they were prompt, very little rating. I like my feet in the sand, but the pool is wonderful. We would stay again.

We had such a great time here! Our little family of four enjoyed the condo, as well as the pool & beach. The pool was a little cold if you come late March as it’s not heated (the pool and outside landscaping is AMAZING) but we would usually do the beach first, and then go to the pool after it’s been in the sun for a little. The elevators can take a little, but this unit is on the third floor, so it’s easy to quickly head down or up the stairs. The parking was super convenient and we loved being able to walk right out to the elevators to head down for the day.Rahul’s communication was very thorough and he was a pleasure to work with. Would recommend to anyone and everyone!

The location of the room was amazing, same floor parking, elevator right across the condo was perfect for us. The balcony overlooks the pool, which with kids wanting to have some independence was great. The condo itself was clean and equipped with everything we needed. The Host is very responsive and kind. We will definitely book with him again for the future!

The outdoor resort was beautiful. We loved how convenient shopping and food was to the condo. We loved the view from the patio and the ability to have drinks on the beach, food and drink services located in the pool area was also nice. I loved the top notch security and it was nice to know the kids were safe. The white sugar sand of Panama Beach was nice. However this is where the positive part of this review ends. The parking garage was at most time a complete disaster. The facility took a limited amount of space and maximized the number of cars it would hold therefore leaving very little room to pass someone going the opposite direction. The elevators were inadequate to say the least. The stairs were way more convenient. The condo is an inside corner space where the building turned 90. This presented odd shaped rooms. It is listed as a two bedroom space. However there is only 1 bedroom that had a closet and dresser. The other is simply a small mudroom with no door for privacy and positioned in such a way that the entry door when opened someone outside could see into the room and was no space for clothing or luggage. There was motion sensors and other ring devices throughout the space in every room as well as the entry door camera and door sensor. The sitting furniture was different than the photos, but the table and chairs were the same. The pantry was locked. Only one toilet paper roll in each bathroom. The shower is only accessible via the one actual bedroom.

Thanks for your review. I am surprised why you did not reach out to me and instead tried to complain. I could have help resolve your security query. I have ring doorbell outside and ring security in the condos I have had that for 5 years and no one had any issues with having ring security. That is primarily to avoid breakin when no guests are in condo. I had couple of guests who had asked me in the past but had no issues and I told them if they had any issues, they can unplug the ring security in living room. Rest of your issues are as per the listing. I recently changed the furniture so pics are still old furniture. I plan to put new pics when I visit next. I am pretty sure none of this was concerning for you but not sure why you decided not to talk to me and instead do this. I respond to queries as soon as I get them and go out of way to help my guests have great vacation. I did provide ring security details in check in email that I sent. You never objected to that. It would have been an easy fix.

Weekend Getaway

Weather was great, condo was nice, property and pool area were well taken care of. Bar by the pool is a nice place to sit, have a drink and watch the sun set.

Nice resort, right on the beach. Condo was nice and had everything you need. Would recommend.

I booked for four nights, easy booking and got a good rate. Condo was clean and nice, location was good right on the beach. Would definitely book again.
