Julie was very responsive from start to finish. The room was clean to my standards and refreshingly affordable especially for the location. There are definitely some things in the room that could use an update but all and all I’d stay here again. Julie even checked on us during the storm that came through, which we really appreciated.

Love Top of the Gulf! The pool is so much fun! Can’t wait to go back!!Julie was amazing and answered any questions very quickly!

We did let you come in early at no charge. The cleaners are the same ones we always have. They always get it right. I didn't hear anything from you on check in that there were any problems. Hope you had a great week!

Julie’s condo was just as described in the listing. It was cozy and comfortable for me and my two teenagers. It has everything that I needed for a smooth stay. Beach front, not crowded at all and the swimming pool was clean and comfortable. I was very happy with my stay.

Julie was amazing! She checked in on us a couple times during the stay; which I loved so much. We had a minor mishap, but they were so quick to come and solve it, I mean within 15 minutes quick! So friendly and nice. The leftover toys for the kids was a huge plus!

Overall the room was great for the price! Check in process and communication with the host was 100%! The location was conveniently located next to stores, food, and family fun.

The location was great close to everything, the beach was right at 30 ft from the room and the pools was nice and clean. The room is small if you are traveling with more than 3 people. It was perfect for me and my daughter.

Loved staying here, just wish the room was a little more clean! Great area, awesome pool (with a great little snack shack) and the beach was pretty quiet. The owner, Julie, was very great at communicating and was very kind! Smoothest check in (and out) process ever!!!

Room was exactly as pictured & described. Could possibly use some newer bedding as it seemed pretty worn but overall was a clean room. We did run into a hiccup the morning of check out where the ac water line had busted while we slept and flooded the condo unfortunately but was able to get ahold of the owner quickly. We ended up having to check out early that morning due to maintenance having to be in the room.

This room was a cute little condo with a side view of the ocean. Host communicated well. The room could use a good cleaning though, the dishwasher had some questionable things thrown in it and the shower curtain had some mold, kitchen drawers need some wiping but other than that it’s decent and those things are quick fixes. Overall good for a little weekend condo as a family of three.

Great place for a weekend getaway!

Nice and clean, good place to getaway with your spouse!! Definitely will be staying here again. Owner was very quick to respond to any of our needs!
