What a great place this is for someone who simply wants to wake up and go to sleep on the water every day. The house is well appointed, clean and comfortable, but the location is the star of the show.

The condo was right on the water with beautiful views from all four floors, more like a townhouse than any condo I’ve been in.

Great place with a great view!

Just as described! Dolphins and manatees in the bay daily! Beautiful sunsets! Had an issue with the a/c and it was resolved quickly!

Great location! Great Kitchen and living room with small outside deck to watch over lemon bay! Enjoyed using the pool! Loved being to park the car in the garage. Overall a great place for our family. Finally four floor living space with larger deck overlooking the bay.
