Unbeatable Location! In the heart of downtown, The Shire 225 is the perfect retreat for families or traveling professionals looking to be in a lively and walkable area. Our multi-family property consists of four private units situated under the pines. Originally built in the 1900`s, the home has been lovingly renovated by its current owners. We welcome you to experience what life in Southern Pines is all about.

Unit C, nicknamed `Slate`, is a two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment located on the back of the main residence and accessible by a flight of stairs.

The two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a king, are thoughtfully designed for relaxation, complete with plush bedding, sound machines, ample hangers and luggage racks for ease of traveling. The desk in the second bedroom is perfectly set up for remote work, with a comfortable chair, ample lighting, and a quiet, focused atmosphere.

Listing Access: We utilize an electronic keypad for access and the code will be sent to you prior to arrival.

Out of respect for other guests and due to shared walls in The Shire 255, pets are not allowed. Any unauthorized pets will incur a $250 fee. Please check Unit D, a detached cottage, availability for all reservations with pets including service animals.

HOUSE RULES

- Smoking & Vaping Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the property. This includes cigarettes, cigars, marijuana/cannabis, and vaping devices.

Evidence of smoking or marijuana use inside the property will result in a $2,500 USD penalty, plus any additional remediation, cleaning, or damage costs.
Parties, Events & Gatherings Parties, events, and gatherings are not permitted at the property.

- Construction Crews & Workforce Housing Construction crews, contractor crews, and workforce/employee housing are not permitted.

Reservations may not be made for the purpose of housing construction workers, subcontractors, trade crews, or other work crews. Third-party bookings made on behalf of a construction or work crew are also prohibited.

Reservations found to violate this rule may be subject to cancellation in accordance with the booking platform’s policies.

- Registered Guests Only Only guests registered on the reservation are permitted to stay at the property. The booking guest is responsible for the conduct of everyone included in their reservation.
