Gorgeous, 2,596 square foot home recently renovated into a Dream Retreat! This lovely 5 bed, 3/2 bath home on a quiet street completed a pop-top remodel in 2022 that has changed the layout and function to something today’s renters will love, while remaining in a peaceful, well-established neighborhood with great access to everything! The exterior of this home exudes a sophisticated charm that sets it apart from others on the block. Step inside a spacious open concept on the main level, greeted by high ceilings, open family room and dining room, and a STUNNING custom kitchen and modern design. Featuring 8 inch wide engineered oak flooring, quartz counters, massive kitchen island with ample counter space and 2 sinks. The dining area is designed to accommodate both large and small gatherings, with a 12 seated, large dining table and chairs. The open-concept design of these areas makes them perfect for entertaining. Guests can easily move between the living and dining areas, creating a seamless flow for socializing and conversation. Cozy up in your large 2nd living room, upstairs in the loft which also features an arcade room and a game room! The 4 bedrooms above ground are all spacious and beautiful, featuring a primary suite, 2 king bed rooms, & 1 bunk bed room. The bonus 5th bedroom is in the garden level and features a half bathroom. The primary suite must be seen in person, with a perfect layout for functionality and luxury design with 1 massive walk-in closet & 1 closet transformed into a nearby but spacious nursery with a crib, reading area + books, and toys for newborns. High end finishes throughout, new carpet, new floor, new cabinets, new windows, new electrical, 2 new AC units!

Most recently in 2026, we've renovated our backyard with a concrete patio, supplied with strong lights, canopy shade, lounge + dining furniture, and a patio! Perfect for Colorado day/nights all year long!

Our home is centrally located to Denver, Boulder, Red Rocks, and the Rocky Mountains.

Outstanding home. Better than advertised. The photos are great but really don’t show how LARGE the house is. It’s well appointed, spacious, and the rear patio is perfect! Highly recommend staying here.

Nice place for a big family group. Host was very responsive. Huge kitchen and family spaces. Listing made us think more beds were available but host was super helpful and it worked out well.

Property was just as described. Great place for a large group of people to stay. Decor is very welcoming and tasteful. Steve was quick to respond and helpful. Highly recommend and would love to stay here again!

this house is even nicer than it looks-beautiful nature themed decor in every room, beds very comfortable, beautiful bathrooms, kitchen well equipped for cooking. Steve was a great communicator with easy check-in and check-out. Love the upstairs family room-great for watching football with game table great for puzzles and games with great selection of both! Quiet and friendly family neighborhood too. Will definitely stay here again next time we are in the Denver area.

We were more than pleased with the property! Everything went smoothly and the host was very responsive to anything we needed. The house was clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We had six adults and six children, but we had plenty of room.

We had a wonderful stay. The crib was a huge help, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook meals comfortably. We would absolutely stay here again.

This house was perfect for our family Thanksgiving. The location is great. The host has great communication. There was plenty of parking and the kitchen was well stocked. We also appreciated all the games!

Beautiful home! Lots of space for the family to spread out. Easy and convenient to get to everything. The Light rail in Denver is super easy to use as well!

We've stayed in many VRBO's and this was one of the best!

Everything about this stay was great. The property was clean and as described. There are many areas for people to gather for eating, games, and cooking. The hosts supplied plenty of consumables like paper towels, TP, and coffee as well as shampoo and soap in each bathroom. Plenty of towels. The location was not hard to find, but there was a fair amount of traffic noise from nearby highways. Other than that this should be at the top of your list for a great spacious family home with thoughtful design and considerate hosts!

Fantastic and spacious home with extras

This property is a gem! The house is spacious and open, very nicely decorated and comfortable, and so great for extended family and friends to gather while also allowing privacy in the bedrooms. We stayed with five children and grandparents, and the primary bedroom allowed the grandparents space to relax away from the chaos when needed. The communal spaces are beautiful, functional and relaxing. The background isn’t done yet, but it’s large and surely will be wonderful when it is complete. Despite it currently being in progress, we enjoyed sitting back there and our dog and children loved playing on the hill. We even saw some wildlife! Steve is a fantastic owner! He is responsive and kind and has been thoughtful to include extras in this rental that we haven’t seen in others. If this place is available, book it!

This home has everything, you could possibly want or need for your family, or group to stayComfortably. Steve was absolutely amazing to work with and very quick to respond. The house is beautiful! The kitchen is over them top with a huge island and gourmet cooking range! 5 very very nice bedrooms! And the master suite is like being in a 5 star hotel! It even has a small reading nook/baby room with a beautiful baby bed and kids books, just like home, All the beds were amazingly comfortable! The grill outside was very well equipped and so was the kitchen. We had a family dinner for 19 and had plenty of dishes for everyone! Laundry area is so nice, with very high end washer did dryer! Gaming area with seating is so fun with hundreds of games for adults and kids! Nut to mention the cool standup gaming machines! So cool! My boys loved it! Location is great with easy access to anywhere in the Denver area. Checkin and checkout was so easy. When we come back to this area anytime, I will not hesitate to stay HERE if it is available! THANK YOU STEVE for being such an amazingHost!

Excellent Stay / Beautiful Home

We had 8 adults (ranging in age from 30 to 80) and 1 toddler spending Christmas in the Denver area and this house was perfect for our needs. A giant dining table where we could have meals together and a stunning “chef’s” kitchen with ample room for several to be prepping and cooking at the same time. The fancy stove/oven and dishwasher took some getting used to, but the hosts included QR codes on them to easily look up how to operate. The kitchen was well appointed with plenty of bowls, plates, glasses, mugs, and flatware, as well as multiple skillets, pots, pans, baking sheets, and more. All but one bedroom had King beds which was really nice. And the bonus “nursery” was perfect for our 2 year old grandbaby. She loved having “her” room to escape to when she needed a break from a bunch of loud adults. Having 2 living areas and a game “nook” was really nice as well. The location was great. Close to amenities and a short drive to museums and downtown for activities (keep in mind we’re from Texas, so a 20 minute drive is “short” in our world). The photographs shown in the listing are accurate and the hosts were responsive…although we never really needed anything. All in all a great stay.

This is a large house with a great kitchen and a nice back yard. Very good for a large group. We had 14 and I didn't hear any complaints from anyone. My only caveat - and this is probably my fault for not reading the reviews - is that the beds are 4 king beds except for two bunk beds. That means that if you have a large group you might need to sleep three in a bed. That could be awkward for some. Our group were young adults who were serving as counselors for a 4-day camp we put on at a nearby community college. Our group didn't have a problem with the sleeping arrangements so it was great for us.

Great stay!! Loved the house. The only thing that would make it more perfect is if it had a shower for the basement bedroom and bathroom, but we still made it work. Steve was great. It was possibly the hottest week in Denver and Steve had fans sent over to help the house be cooler during the day. We were cold, cold at night. It was fantastic and we can’t wait to return!

It was a great property. We had a good time. Plenty of room for everyone and lots of games for the kids. Had a problem with check in but I think that was a hiccup so to speak as everything else was great.
