We're here for you during your stay but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival. We are happy to assist via phone or through Airbnb before, during or after your stay.
Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and/or restock sheets and towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage or shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.
Wheat Ridge is perfectly situated near the foothills of the Rocky Mountains, convenient to Downtown Denver, and near several highways. There are many parks, golf courses, trails, shopping centers, breweries, and restaurants to explore nearby. There is a grocery store 3 minutes from the house.

You’ll have access to every room and feature of this home except the garage. Make yourself at home; your hosts are just a phone call or text away if you have any questions or want recommendations for things to do nearby. There is a keypad on the front door for easy and secure access to the home.

Sleeping arrangements
With six spacious bedrooms and eight beds, this home comfortably sleeps up to fourteen guests. Each room features soft linens, room-darkening shades, and Green Leaf memory foam mattresses for a restful night. The master suite offers a king bed and private bath, while additional bedrooms include a mix of king, queen, and full beds plus a full sofa bed for flexible group stays. Three full bathrooms provide ample space, each stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body soap.
Kitchen & dining
The fully stocked kitchen makes it easy to cook and share meals together. Stainless steel appliances, cooking basics, and coffee essentials are all provided, along with two dining areas that seat up to eighteen guests in total. Gather at the central island for breakfast or enjoy a shared dinner after a day exploring nearby parks and trails.
Indoor living
The open living area invites you to relax on the L-shaped sectional beside the electronic fireplace and Smart TV. Downstairs, the dedicated game room offers fun for all ages with a 100-inch projector, Pac-Man arcade, foosball, putting green, and giant checkerboard. Fast WiFi and an Ethernet connection make it simple to stream or work remotely.
Outdoor living
Step out to the covered patio for quiet mornings or lively evening BBQs. The fenced backyard is perfect for lawn games and provides a safe area for pets. Outdoor furniture and a grill make it easy to spend time together in the fresh Colorado air.

Located in Wheat Ridge, the home offers quick access to I-70 for easy drives to Denver or the Rocky Mountains. Local parks, golf courses, and breweries are close by, with Red Rocks Amphitheater just 14 minutes away and Downtown Denver within 16 minutes.
Perfect for family reunions, group getaways, or a relaxed stay between mountain adventures, this home combines spacious comfort, entertainment, and convenience in a welcoming Colorado setting.
Though we recommend renting a car during your stay, our home is located close to many amenities including restaurants, supermarkets, shopping centers and lots of other retail.
Please note that the 8-person hot tub was recently added to the home. We have not had a chance to add photos quite yet!
The built-in fireplace is for decorative purposes only. It cannot be used as a fireplace.

Let us know a little about your dog(s) and we should be able to accommodate with an adjustment to our cleaning fee. $100 cleaning fee per dog, maximum two dogs only. Sorry, no cats permitted.
Please note that we have installed cameras outside the property for safety purposes. There are no cameras inside the property. There is noise detection software installed on the inside of the home. This device CANNOT record or hear anything that is said, its function is to alert us if noise above a certain decibel level is reached.
Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $500.
