We're here for you during your stay but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival. We are happy to assist via phone or through Airbnb before, during or after your stay.
Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and/or restock sheets and towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage or shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.
Wheat Ridge is perfectly situated near the foothills of the Rocky Mountains, convenient to Downtown Denver, and near several highways. There are many parks, golf courses, trails, shopping centers, breweries, and restaurants to explore nearby. There is a grocery store 3 minutes from the house.

Sleeping arrangements
Six bedrooms offer a restful escape for up to 14 guests, with a mix of three king beds, two queens, two fulls, and a pull-out sofa. Each room features soft linens, Green Leaf memory foam mattresses, and room-darkening shades for peaceful sleep. The master suite includes its own private bathroom and ample closet space, while additional bedrooms provide comfort and flexibility for families and groups.
Bathrooms
Three full bathrooms are stocked with hotel-grade towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Spacious vanities make mornings smooth, and one bathroom includes a walk-in shower and tub combo - convenient for kids or those who enjoy a soak.
Kitchen and dining
The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped for everything from casual breakfasts to holiday dinners. Stainless steel appliances, a blender, coffee maker, and baking essentials make it easy to prepare meals, while wine glasses and a central island with bar seating invite conversation. Two dining areas accommodate up to 18 guests, creating a warm setting for shared meals.

The main lounge invites you to settle in with a sectional sofa, 50-inch Smart TV, and electronic fireplace. Downstairs, the dedicated game room offers hours of entertainment with a 100-inch projector, foosball, Pac-Man arcade, checkerboard, and even a putting green. Though we recommend renting a car during your stay, our home is located close to many amenities including restaurants, supermarkets, shopping centers and lots of other retail.
Please note that the 8-person hot tub was recently added to the home. We have not had a chance to add photos quite yet!
The built-in fireplace is for decorative purposes only. It cannot be used as a fireplace.

Let us know a little about your dog(s) and we should be able to accommodate with an adjustment to our cleaning fee. $100 cleaning fee per dog, maximum two dogs only. Sorry, no cats permitted.
Please note that we have installed cameras outside the property for safety purposes. There are no cameras inside the property. There is noise detection software installed on the inside of the home. This device CANNOT record or hear anything that is said, its function is to alert us if noise above a certain decibel level is reached.
Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $500.
