Good access to Denver, Golden, and Red Rocks by jumping on the highway. There are even closer options for good food as well. The house was as pictured and generally clean other than older carpets. We didn't feel we could fit our minivan in the garage, but it was a very safe, quiet neighborhood, so no worries.

We enjoyed our stay at this property! The location is great and provides easy access to downtown and other nice areas. The beds were comfortable and my kids enjoyed the backyard. If you plan to cook, the kitchen supplies were minimal. Only one pan to cook in and very few utensils.

We loved the fenced back area for the pups ! The house was clean and uncluttered; beds were comfortable; kitchen had quality dishes, pots and pans. We met several neighbors on our walks with the dogs and they were all super friendly. We liked that it was a culdesac as there was hardly any traffic. No issues at all. We had some great meals in Olde Town Arvada. Nice parks, shopping and food. We stayed 9 days and loved it all !!

Great spot overall, especially great for dogs. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood but city activities are very close and accessible. It was clean, the beds were extremely comfortable, and check in/out was a breeze.

Great Little Place

We had a great stay here. Beds are super comfortable. It is a great home base for Denver travelers less then 30 minutes to Red Rock or downtown Denver.

Beautiful Stay

We had a beautiful stay at this VRBO. Hosts were responsive, property was as described. Hosts generously allow small events (we had a small gathering for my baby shower and it was lovely). Would recommend to anyone staying in Arvada, the backyard was especially fun/beautiful and perfect for what we needed it for. Would absolutely stay here again!!

Relaxing and close to everything

Home was clean, quiet and comfortable. Back patio area with games was a great place to hang out. Close to grocery store, shopping and great restaurants with 5-10 minute drive.

Just as advertised

We enjoyed our stay and really appreciated the garage access as it was raining when we got in. Great access to both downtown Denver and to the mountains. The back patio was a great place to enjoy the afternoon shade and unwind. We would definitely stay here again.

Clean Safe Excellent Property

Amazing property owners. VERY responsive. House was clean, comfortable and felt very safe. Conveniently located to Tennyson are, downtown Denver and many other attractions. Definitely would recommend and stay again.

It has everything you need! Fun backyard, comfortable beds, clean & centrally located. Its nice to be able to park in the garage, too. We will be back!

Great location and close to playgrounds

We stayed here for a week and had a good time. The house was a great location to family that lived out there and easily located near all activities we wanted to do. There was an issue with the AC breaking and the owners were responsive and got it fixed as soon as possible. They were great to communicate with. If you are traveling with little ones, the Westminster Nature park is right down the street and is amazing!

This neighborhood has the perfect location for people who want to be able to enjoy all the city has to offer while retreating home to a nice, quiet neighborhood. This area is very safe, has beautiful views and more access to lakes and ponds than you can find almost anywhere in Colorado. The location is perfectly nestled in a pocket between all major highways (I-70, I-25 and Hwy 36) making transportation anywhere a breeze.

Before I became a mom, I used to do lots of travel for both work and pleasure. I got to know the kinds of things that are nice to have when away from home and have done my best to stock the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms with all those things you need to freshen up in the bathroom, stay cozy in the bedroom or cook a nice meal in the kitchen. When it comes to enjoying the outdoors, we wanted to create a space for people to enjoy cooking, dining and playing games with friends and family. The backyard took a lot of work, but it is our hope that you will love it!
