Great location near Denver for a home base to visit Rocky Mountain National Park, Garden of the Gods, Breckenridge, Boulder…. Home was well equipped. My grandchildren loved the game room in the basement.

This was a beautiful spacious home that was a perfect place for our work team to wind down and enjoy our evenings. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals for 10 people and the space for us to sit and enjoy meals together. We had plenty of room to spread out and we never felt crowded. We all truly felt more relaxed and ready for the work days because of staying in such a comfortable, spacious home.

We had a wonderful time during our visit. The house was clean and fairly well equipped. We are a like to cook so there were a few things we needed to borrow from our Colorado family (like a casserole dish) but the house accommodated our group well. My only disappointment was that one of the upstairs bedrooms didn’t have access to a bathroom without either going through someone else’s bedroom or down to the basement. We were a group of 7 adults and 1 toddler. Candice was extremely responsive to my questions and we would rent again if we return to the area.

We had a wonderful stay. Game room downstairs was a huge hit! It was for our grad from Boulder and the drive along the mountains was beautiful. Thank you for a great place to make memories!!!

Great place to stay!

The house was beautiful. The game room was outstanding and lots of fun and the host Candace was wonderful and very responsive. We would love to stay there again.

Home in the hill

Great location, great communication, beautiful scenery. Arvada is a nice little town with everything you need. Great house to entertain a big group.

Amazing Home in a Beautiful Neighborhood

Was in Colorado for our daughters graduation at CU Boulder and this home was perfect for our family of 10… Everyone had their own room to share and the place was very well maintained with only a short 20 minute ride to all of our daughters Boulder Gradation festivities. Host was very responsive to any requests we had. Would definitely stay here again and recommend this home to any considering visiting the area!!

Perfect House

This is the third year in a row that we have rented this house for our family and friends and it's amazing! It's clean, the neighborhood is nice, and the house has plenty of space for everyone. Things we love: the game room, the neighborhood park with basketball and pool, comfortable beds, safe/quiet neighborhood, nearby walking/jogging trails, eating outside on the back porch.

Property was great. Exactly what I expected. The games downstairs were great for the kids and we loved using the grill to cook out! Truly a great experience.

Boulder Colorado Vacation

The house was perfect for our family as it was similar to the size of our house. Location was great-easy to get to both Denver and Boulder. Loved the access to the pool. Loved the games room in the basement. I am not familiar with garburators so trying to eliminate the odor emanating from it was easily solved as the host replied immediately. Love that there was a washer and a dryer.

Not a "Luxury" stay

Seasoned VRBO travelers. We did not have the amenities that a "luxury" place should offer...as it's titled in the despcription. Basic soaps were just hand soap in most bathrooms- downstairs didn't even have much of it. No hand towels in downstairs bathroom. No kitchen towels of any sort in the kitchen. Not near the towels (face, hand, bath) needed in each bathroom- we had to find most to share from the master suite. The pans were terribly scratched, not even what we would have in our own homes-let alone offer as a "luxury" item. Lastly, the heating and cooling system varied by level of home. Three different temps...even though the home was set to "x" temp -it really only offered that on the main level. The downstairs was MUCH cooler and the upstairs was MUCH warmer. Fans would have been nice in EACH upstairs bedroom to cool us off, but only was available in the master suite. Regardless of these issues we did enjoy our stay. Not issues enough to contact owners but thought a review would help them to better equipped in the future. We had to run to the store about 10 mins away for many of the essentials that we thought should be included in the home as a "luxury" place. Thankfully, our relatives were staying about 15 mins away in ANOTHER VRBO which was not listed as such a high end place and were provided with many of the "essentials" one shouldn't have to pack (ziplocs/foil/wrap/towels/shampoo)-and so they shared with us also. Definitely for the price-would pick a different option next time. I think a more accurate description should be in the title and what "basic" soaps are included. Also not sure why the garage can't be accessed, especially for the size of group we had and for as many cars as we had in the party, it would've saved us having to walk down the street for more parking. All in all-we made the best of it...but won't be back.
