Kathy was very welcoming! She was prompt to answer questions I had prior to the stay. Her home was very clean and accommodating. We would definitely stay again if Kathy would have us. We enjoyed the chocolate chip cookies!

This well appointed property is a beautifully decorated and sublimely congenial property in the East State neighborhood of Fort Wayne, convenient to many attractions and venues. We enjoyed the house and the privacy it gave Us after visiting family. The neighborhood is quiet/safe, parking was great for our large vehicle. We had everything we needed and communicated seamlessly with our host. The Welcome cookies were delicious!We will absolutely book this property again if available. Many thanks for a wonderful stay!!Great location for all shopping/restaurants while in town. Visit the Gas House while here, Best Eats!

Home away from home

This rental provided everything we needed. The host was exceptional in communicating with us, especially considering our last minute booking arrangements. We will definitely stay here in the future if we are in Fort Wayne

Friends trip

It was a perfect place for our women friends trip to Ft Wayne. The space is comfortable and was perfect for the 4 of us to hang out in the evenings and explore shopping by day. Thank you for our stay!

Perfect stay for our family

Your home was beautifully decorated. Very clean. Perfect for our family of 5, everyone had their own space. Our youngest loved the little bed in the master bedroom. Will definitely stay again and would highly recommend.

Nice downtown place - GREAT KITCHEN

For a vrbo rental, this place has an amazing kitchen. Plenty of pots & pans and place settings, multiple cooking staples were on hand (salt, pepper, flour, oil, ice), and plenty of coffee (both K-cups and drip). We especially appreciated having more than just the starter quantities of paper products (TP, Paper towels). The location is conveniently located to downtown. Driveway is tight but has plenty of parking space. There were a few minor "punch-list" items from the recent renovation that I pointed out to the owner - hopefully those get tightened up soon. The only real miss -- there's a large basement space with nothing in it. That would have been a perfect place for a pool or ping-pong table and a second seating area.

This was a very nice property in a nice, quiet neighborhood. It was clean upon arrival, nice furnishings, and convenient to attractions in Ft. Wayne. The host was easy to contact. Check in and check out was easy. Parking was ample.Definitely recommend!

Fantastic stay at this beautifully decorated home. Everything was exactly as pictured and described in the listing. The first few nights of our stay were during a heatwave, but the house was nice and cool when we walked in. The upstairs suite was a bit warm in the afternoons but cooled down in the evening with the help of the additional air conditioning unit. We all slept comfortably. My teens loved the extremely fast internet connection. We will definitely book again in the future if this house is available the dates we visit family in Fort Wayne.

Great Location

The house is very close to the Childrens Zoo, Science Central, Art Museum and Coney Island. Easy to get around Northwest Ft. Wayne. With unconscionably hot weather, the house was still relatively comfortable, air conditioners working overtime. The upstairs has the most remodeling, and has a large bedroom with both the King bed and a single, while there are two bedrooms on the main level, so you should take note that while there are beds for 5, there are only "really" 3 bedrooms. This is an older house with lots of charm.

Wedding Weekend

Overall, this is a nice property. It was in a great location that was close to downtown in a cute neighborhood. It is definitely a small older house but the rooms are designed very beautifully. Since there were 5 of us we would have preferred a little more seating.

Super cute house

We came celebrating our son’s college graduation and had many family members along with us and our dog. This house was super cute with many design details that just all fit together so well. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked, check in and out was very easy compared to most houses on VRBO. Will definitely come back if the need arises.
