The Space:
The inviting living room and kitchen combination offer panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico, fostering a sense of togetherness with comfortable seating, a spacious kitchen countertop, and a 55-inch TV. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, television, and private balcony access. The second bedroom includes a king bed, twin bunk beds, a TV, and its own bathroom.
Additionally, there is a separate area with a queen bed and a half bathroom for added convenience. Hair dryers are provided in each bathroom, and a washer/dryer unit is available for your use.

-This rental is located on floor 9.
-Resort Fee: A resort fee (not including in your booking fee) is required for guests at Shores of Panama. The fee is $98.00 per unit and is good for the length of your stay. The fee includes 2 assigned parking passes and wristbands for access to the resort facilities. All vehicles must display the parking pass to avoid ticketing. Pre-registration for parking will be sent in the Welcome Guide, 3 days before arrival.
-Parking Garage clearance is 6 ft 7in. The parking garage does not hold oversized vehicles other than the first floor. These spots are first come first serve and cannot be reserved at any time. Most oversized vehicles and additional vehicles have to park in the overflow parking lot about 1/2 mile from the resort.
- AGE RESTRICTIONS: The registering guest must be at least 25 years of age and will be held responsible for all parties and/or guests of this reservation. The individual making this reservation must be 25 years old, must be present at check-in, and must remain for the entire length of the reservation.
-No Smoking/Vaping Allowed. To ensure a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, smoking/vaping is strictly prohibited inside the unit and in all surrounding areas, including balconies and patios. If any evidence of smoking is found, a $500 fee will be assessed to cover the necessary cleaning and deodorization costs.
- To get you started, we provide an initial supply of essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry pods, dish pods, and trash bags) to get you through your first 24 hours. - We recommend you bring your own spices, condiments, sunscreen, coffee pods/ground coffee, coffee filters, bug spray etc. or make your trip to the store after checking in to get anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.
