Close to Everything

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location could not be better. Literally just steps to restaurants and shopping on Water, Butler and Hoffman streets, as well as outdoor activities. Chain Ferry was closed for season when we were there, but it was a very quick drive to Mount Baldhead, Oval Beach and the dunes trails. Unit was bright and simply decorated. Overall it was very clean but my only complaint is that the bathroom air vent and wall vent near the kitchen both need a good cleaning. Would book again and recommend to others.

Our family of four had a great vacation at this rental. Loved the designated parking spot. Couch was super comfortable. King bed and bedding were very soft and extremely comfortable (which I loved!). My husband likes a firm bed so this wasn’t ideal for him. We were there during a heat wave and the air conditioner was top notch and kept us cool day and night.

Amazing Stay for the 4th of July

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property was perfect for our 4th of July getaway! It was clean, and the owners even left a little 4th of July gift basket for my 4 year old daughter. We also loved the location right on the river, and it was walking distance to so many good restaurants and bars. We had some issues with the wi-fi upon check-in, but someone came out right away to fix it. We would definitely recommend this apartment for your getaway to Saugatuck!

Clean rental overall with a great location and view. Only minor comment - the stairway up to the apartments is in need of replacing and the exterior door needed a great scrubbing. Would recommend.

Love Saugatuck

Unit was very clean with a great location. Back deck overlooking the harbor is wonderful. You are within walking distance of most everything in town. We took the paddle wheel boat cruise that is right next door. Had Taco's at the Sauga Taco just downstairs, excellent food. Also boat rentals just down the street.

Beautiful condo in a perfect location!

We loved our stay and I hope to stay here again next summer. It was in a perfect location and walkable to everything. I loved having an onsite parking spot because parking can be a challenge to find downtown. So not having that to worry about was great. I did not notice much kitchen noise from the restaurant downstairs

Perfect location for action during the day and quietness during the night.

Very good location, functional and clean. It is perfect for a couple with a smaller child or a friend. We did not use the kitchen, however it looked quite nice for a short stay. You are right at the water and can see ships go by at any weather.

Great Spot on the River!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent two nights at Riverside Suites. It is RIGHT on the water, with charter boats backed up to the dock below the window. The place is very quiet -- we didn't even know they'd gone out early in the morning! Great view of boats going up and down the river, the Star of Saugatuck is right next door, and a wonderful breakfast place across the street. The aprtement is beautiful, spacious and well cared for.
