The view couldn't be beat, and the fact that it was two levels gave our family of 5 plenty of space. The condo had plenty of amenities to keep everyone happy, especially on the rainy day when we couldn't go to the beach. Easily our favorite stay in OCMD and we've been going every summer for 13 years. Would love to return to Sea Watch again!

View from balcony is beautiful and relaxing. Place needs a deep clean and facelift. The upstairs bed is like sleeping in the middle of a taco. Not decorated entirely- many rooms with little to no art just hooks on walls. The drapes are old and falling apart. The pull out sofa was dirty underneath when we opened it. There was trash and a random pair of underwear. The grounds and amenities were very nice. Host pleasant and responsive!

View from the deck was fantastic. Living, dining and kitchen area spacious. Curtains needed upgrades. Double beds were uncomfortable. But overall it was great

Amazing view

We had a great stay, very much enjoyed the view and the amenities of the building!! Unit was clean but furniture and appliances could use an update.

Beautiful Views. Property needs updating

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The highlights were the view, the beds were comfortable, linens and towels included. Some issues: the air conditioning did not work on the first floor, it was hard to communicate with owners and they did not come and fix AC when they said they would, the property was a little outdated- could use a renovation.

Great location but the condo needs a deep cleaning. The handrails, the carpet, the kitchen…everything was just years of dirt on it. One of the couches was broken and we were afraid to sit on it.

The place was gross... we stay in ocean city evey year for 8 years now and was horrible.. no only was it dirty the place is falling apart holes in the wall...dry wall cracking with chuncks missint... curtain falling off.. door was wide open when we showed up didnt feel safe.. the locks they give u a code to get it but my 11 year old pushed just right and popped right open.. safe right lol.. tvs didnt work let alone bought the smallest ones you can see from the beds. half the outlets were not working.. chunks on hair on dressers. Floor tile cracked and uneven. Laundry room was completely trashed!!!! Couches are broken falling apart and makes alot of noises. Don't stay here for the amount of money they charge we have tons of pictures. WE WANT PART OF OUR MONEY BACK.. what a disappointment after driving 8 hours.

What a fabulously Unit! The Host was always available for questions , friendly and helpful. The unit was huge and very clean. Linens and towels were provided and appreciated. They also included a starter kit with toilet paper , paper towels and many other things . We truly loved it and the view of the beach was out of this world fabulous !Many thanks for the great time .

Great location and building amenities. This unit is run down and spot cleaned only. We had to rewash cooking items and reorganize the shelves to find anything. The garbage disposal wasn’t working and leaked. The AC unit on first floor never got below 75, even though we were told maintenance checked and it’s working properly. The beds were uncomfortable, even for teenagers. Communication from the property manager is templated, responses are canned apologies but lacks care. Given the money paid for this property, we were very disappointed. It should get a deep clean, kitchen items cleaned out/restocked (not even pot holders to take anything out of the oven) and at least a minimal rehab.
