Whether you're on vacation with family, or traveling for work, this is your perfect home away from home! A short drive to Lowry Park Zoo, Raymond James Stadium and shopping plazas. Just 10 minutes away from Downtown Tampa, Amalie Arena, Channelside, Cruise ports, University of Tampa. Also, 15 minutes away from Tampa Airport, Busch Gardens, Adventure Island, University of South Florida, and Bayshore. 30-45 minute drive from Clearwater Beach or St. Pete Beach. One hour away from Disney & Universal.

This newly renovated tropical retreat includes amenities such as: Smart TV's Grill, Outdoor dining, and High Speed Internet. Your host has paid attention to every detail of this home to create a great guest experience. Your group will find ample space for dining, with two dining tables (one indoor and one outdoor) and seating for 9 guests. The fully-equipped kitchen includes bar seating, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, silverware, utensils and everything you’ll need to cook and prepare meals for your friends and family. The cozy living room features a smart TV with your favorite streaming services available. The master bedroom features a king sized bed. In the remaining two bedrooms you’ll find a queen size bed and a twin over full bunk bed. There are several closets for storage as well! The relaxing backyard creates a zen mood with its lighting along the full perimeter fence. Your large group can relax, cook dinner on the grill and then dine with a tropical view, in the privacy of this beautiful outdoor area.

Great location, not great house
The house was in a cute little neighborhood. The house though it had been “renovated” was old, worn and moldy. The sheets in the bed were peely, and stained. There was a dental floss tooth pick laying on one of the beds when we got there. The shower curtains had mold on them. Nothing felt clean. We didn’t use anything in the kitchen. We had reserved the house for 2 nights but ended up only staying 1 because it seemed better to drive home then spend another night in the house. Also the master bed is not as pictured. It is basically on the floor. The house has potential but needs new linens and a thorough cleaning job.

Perfect for our trip!
This house worked out well for our group! Good location - quick drive to the convention center and Busch Gardens. Host was very responsive with questions and welcomed feedback for possible improvements. Would definitely stay here again if/when we make it back to the area!

Warning!!! Perfect location, filthy house
We rented this house for a concert we were going to at Raymond James Stadium. We were a group of 4 ladies and 2 teenage girls. The location of this property was great! As soon as we opened the door we were smacked in the face with the smell of stale cigarette smoke. The sheets, comforters and towels were dirty with crusty stains on them. The comforters were different than the ones pictured online. There were dust balls and dirt on the floor. The guest bathroom was dirty and smelled of urine. The master bedroom was missing the boxspring so the mattress was literally sitting on the floor. The a/c vent was loaded with dust. There was old food wedged in between the dishwasher and its handle. The outdoor furniture was so dirty we couldn’t use it. I have stayed in numerous VRBO properties and never had an issue. Had we not gotten back to the house so late after the concert with young teenagers, we would’ve left and stayed in a hotel. I contacted the property management company to let them know how dirty the property was. They apologized and said they would make sure this didn’t happen again in the future. The house would be great if it were clean. The house is located in a nice neighborhood. The property's management company was very responsive and easy to work with. I cannot in good conscience recommend this property. All towels, sheets, bath rugs and comforters need to be replaced and a thorough cleaning done before this property would be suitable to stay in.

Wonderful Experience
I stayed here for almost a month while working in the Tampa area . Perfect location, unbelievable consistency in communication with the host. I will definitely stay here again next work trip to Tampa . Thanks again
