Perfect Holiday in Charleston

My husband, nephew and I stayed here and it was the perfect spot! We walked to all of the restaurants and shops! Kitchen had all of the amenities we needed, beds were comfy and the place was perfect for our family over the Thanksgiving weekend!

Great location

Great location and overall everything was wonderful except for some missing items that would have been helpful, such as a coffee filter for the coffee machine as well as larger plates.

Our only dilemma was where to store our luggage after checking out. We had a late flight and wanted to do spend some more time without having to drag our luggage with us.

We hear you! Dragging luggage around is no fun. Next time, you can stash it at our office at 34 Radcliffe St, Suite B, and enjoy those extra hours of Charleston adventures hands-free!

Great location, close to downtown amenities. Enjoyed having two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Comfortable living room and bedrooms. Didn’t cook much as we were here to try different restaurants and watch our daughter and son-in-law run the Turkey Trot. It was a great Thanksgiving getaway.

Beautiful home and great location

I was staying in downtown Charleston to help my daughter move. The location was perfect. Close to her apartment and walking distance from everything. The space was also gorgeous. Everything was very clean and up to date. Great place to stay!

This house was a cute place to stay in Charleston. The street was quieter and safe, the place was just as described. It was nice knowing we had an assigned parking spot, the spot was a little far from the house to unload luggage, however there is short term parking right in front of the house to load and unload. Overall a fabulous place to stay that lets you be immersed in the life of the city.

The unit was great. There was a good bir of noise that could be heard between it and the back unit.

Spring break with kids

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was very clean, cute, and had an incredibly comfortable bed and pillows—it felt like home right away. There were two great coffee shops nearby, which was a nice bonus. This was our first time in Charleston, so we weren’t totally familiar with the area, but the location worked out well—especially having a parking spot, which made things so much easier. If I had one small note, I do wish it had been a bit more walkable to King Street, but that was on me for not checking the map more closely. Overall, a great stay and I’d absolutely recommend it!

Angela, thanks so much for the thoughtful review! We’re so happy to hear the space felt like home and that you loved the comfy bed and pillows—always a win after a long day of exploring! Glad the nearby coffee spots and included parking made things even better for your first trip to Charleston. Totally understand your note about the walkability to King Street—appreciate you sharing that! We'd love to host you again anytime you're back in town!

October 2024 stay

We very much enjoyed our stay. The property was as pictured. The location was good. We drove to the downtown historic area and parked in convnient parking garages, but there was a lot within walking distance of the house also. The house was beautifully restored, while still having the character of a historic house. However, because it is older, it would not be appropriate for those having mobility issues.
