We had some confusion with parking. Once settled in we were happy with our stay. The location was perfect to walk to historical sites as part of our civil rights tour.

Amazing location right on King street. Very safe apartment building and clean units. The host and maintenance was very responsive and came to fix a small thing within an hour of contacting them. We found ourselves wishing that there were some more things that would make the place cozier like blankets, more hand and bath towels, and nicer bed pillows. Overall would recommend this place!

The Cooper Suite was great. The space was very clean and quiet. The living room windows looked right out onto King St. it was nice to be able to see the hustle and bustle but not hearing it. The suite seemed very well insulated and we didn’t hear any outside noise at night. We would definitely recommend staying here if you like to be able to just park and walk most places.

We enjoyed staying at this location and it was perfect for exploring all of downtown Charleston. It had all of the amenities that we needed and it was perfect for us. Also, the owner was very responsive if we had any questions.

The room was very clean! Parking was very accessible. Literally we were in the middle of downtown and had access to excellent shopping! The host was very accommodating and available!

We had a great time and the location of this property was wonderful!! Very walkable to everything that we did! The communication was spot on! The beds were very comfortable, the property was clean and had everything we needed. I would say that the furniture is showing some wear & tear but that is to be expected in a rental.

The place and the REAL PEOPLE managing it were fantastic. We had a quick question about something simple, and man, they responded right away. Great property, clean, right in the middle of historic downtown, yet very quiet. Cool place.

The space was much larger than expected and very clean. But there are no dressers in the bedrooms and the parking lot situation was disappointing in the fact that I prepaid 75 (but there are taxes so approximately 82) for 3 days….but there are spots in the same lot that are 10/day. It just felt a little deceptive. All in all, we had a wonderful stay.

We did not utilize the parking. Concierge was super helpful and responsive. Easy access to many shops, restaurants, and parks. The location is a short walk to the visitors center and the bus station, including the free shuttle to the French Quarter.

This property was great, particularly for the price as compared to hotels in this same general area. With two adults and two kids we were very comfortable for our short stay. It was nice to be able to easily walk out onto King Street to grab a to-go breakfast at Callie’s, right across the street!

Great location!

We had a great time in Charleston- the location of the property was perfect! We walked out the front door and had access to all of the restaurants and shops within a few minutes walk! Would definitely stay again:)

The kitchen was well equipped if one was going to cook. I did not use the stove, oven or microwave. I just used the coffee maker.

Better than a hotel

Great location with lots to do within walking distance, including a wide selection of restaurants. Great alternative to hotels, with better accommodations and better pricing. The unit was well-equipped with everything needed and easy to access.

My husband and I had a wonderful time with our friends visiting Charleston. The place was perfectly located and very clean. Everything was over the top. I would highly recommend this property and looking to staying here again soon.

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment. The host was communicative, the rental was clean, and we felt like the location was perfect for all that we wanted to do (Sullivan's Island, Folly Beach, King Street, Shem Creek, Battery Park, etc). After checking out I informed the host that my mother left her diamond earrings on the bedroom nightstand before Housekeeping cleaned. Unfortunately they did not find the earrings. While we are saddened they were not found, we do appreciate the effort made by the host & their communication. We would recommend this apartment/host to family & friends and would stay here again if we return to Charleston in the future.
