Wonderful stay. Property was just as advertised. Luke is a wonderful host and very prompt with responses to any questions or concerns. Would definitely recommend this home for a vacation stay.

Great relaxing place to stay anytime!

Stayed here for business with friends/colleagues. Such a beautiful, relaxing place to go back to after being in the office! Theater room is crazy good! Lots of space! Highly recommend and Luke was very responsive and helpful!

The house was very beautiful overall, lighting was amazing. Honestly looks just like the pictures. The only issues were the toilets continued to run you had to take the top off and fix the chain. Also the gym was very hot. Other than that no complaints.

This place has it all! Beautifully decorated and clean. The views of the pool and the sound of the waterfall every morning were heaven while sipping coffee in the living room with the floor-to-ceiling glass pocket doors open. We stayed here with 12 ladies on a work retreat and everyone said it’s the best VRBO they’ve ever stayed in. The surrounding neighborhood felt very safe with a great walking path right across the street for our morning walks. We enjoyed the theater room as a group every night, and what a bonus the fresh popcorn machine was! Everyone agreed the beds were super comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. Lots of great gathering spaces, inside and out. The sound system on the patio was wonderful while relaxing at the pool. We really can’t say enough great things about this house. We can’t wait to go back. Luke was very responsive and super friendly too! Thank you for this little slice of Heaven in the Valley of the Sun.

Beautiful House

We were 5 retired teachers vising a friend in AZ. The house was perfect for us. We enjoyed the outside areas, the patio, the pool, and the backyard. I cannot say enough about the landscaping. It was absolutely beautiful, with flowering trees and palm trees. Truly a little slice of heaven.We didn't cook at all, but the kitchen was FULLY stocked. Three different coffee makers, with the coffee available and tons of little creamers. In the cabinet they had every appliance possible. Including a crock pot and blender, a juicer, a toaster and many others I can't even remember.The host, Luke was absolutely wonderful. He answered every question (before, during and after our stay) within an hour. We had no "issues" just a few questions/details regarding the reservation. Very polite and competent.Overall, we had a great time and would definitely come back to this house and area in AZ.

Amazing property—you can't go wrong booking this one.Quick Ratings:Location: 10/10House: 10/10Pool: 10/10Communication: 10/10We just checked out on June 13, 2026, after a fantastic stay. Our group consisted of seven adults, and the property was so spacious that there were times when you hardly knew everyone else was there.The house itself is outstanding. The theater room was a huge hit for watching the NBA and NHL Finals, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals at home. We even used the grill one evening. It may have seen a few seasons of use, but it worked perfectly fine.What really sets a property apart is how issues are handled, and this owner/management team exceeded expectations. When we arrived, the pool pump was not functioning. The pool wasn't dirty or green, but it clearly hadn't been circulating for a bit and needed to be skimmed. After a few messages through the VRBO app, the pool company arrived early Monday morning, and everything was up and running by 11:00 a.m. The water was crystal clear, cool, and ready to enjoy. Communication was excellent throughout, and it was obvious they were committed to making sure we had a great stay.The location is another major advantage. You're only about five minutes from Shea Boulevard, where you'll find grocery stores, restaurants, and everything else you might need, including Fry's. Old Town Scottsdale is also just 15–20 minutes away.We will stay again!!
