You’ll love to Relax and unwind at this peaceful furnished house near TGSM after a day of touring.
My favorite - kitchen, it’s perfect for cooking for 2 or a large group. This open combo makes it fun to cook and visit or watch tv at the same time.
Grab a hot chocolate and a book and head out back on the deck to listen to the birds and enjoy this laid back neighborhood.
Soft bedding and blankets and throws to stay nice and cozy.
Laundry room ready. Bee Cozy is warm bright comfortable and clean. The open kitchen and living room with 52 inch tv, is a great gathering space to visit w/ friends and family. Also room on the large back deck with Picnic table and patio set. 2 queen beds 1 full and a bunk beds twin over full. 3 rooms with 40 inch tv’s and kids room with a 24 inch tv that plays Dvd’s.
The location of this house is very convenient. Close to Pigeon Forge, The Great Smoky Mountains and Downtown Knoxville. (Neyland Stadium)
Museum- Marble Springs State Historic Site. Enjoy the entire house and deck out back and a kids playset.
Partially fenced backyard.
Extra large gravel driveway, so bring your boats, kayaks, etc. plenty of parking.
Very small garage no access. No pets are permitted.
No smoking indoors, dispose of butts respectfully. Thank you You’ll have my contact information so you can reach me, to help with any questions or concerns. 24/7

Super cute and cozy house! Perfect for our family of 3. Although, there is accommodation for more if you need! Not a bad drive to downtown Knoxville. Centrally located.

Our host was wonderful. Always responded quickly. The house was adorable. Wonderful new kitchen. We enjoyed being just a short drive to all the major attractions. We loved the peace and quiet of the location. I would highly recommend this home.

Very nice little house. It has been renovated. Cozy and well appointed. The only issue is the fact that there is only one shower.

It so was cute and cozy and i’m glad that i was in a small little neighborhood. The beds were so comfy and there was so much room. The kitchen was my favorite part. Highly recommend!

This house was really clean. Updated kitchen. Kuerig was there and everything needed to cook and clean up after ourselves. It was the perfect place in between knoxville and 30 mins away from dollywood. Loved the relaxing drive.

Location is perfect. Just far enough to be out of the hustle but close enough to get to Knoxville. House was clean and well equipped. Cute as can be. Neighborhood quiet with a pizza place right down the road. Would definitely stay again!

Overall, it was a good stay. It was a nice house and great location. Couple things that could have been improved were the small ants that came into the house. There was a lot of them, but we managed it fine. Additionally, the bunk beds were extremely squeaky. However, the house was very nice and the host was very responsive to concerns. Host left us some snacks which was very much appreciated.

Yes after the terrestrial downpour a few ants. we had never had them before and none after. exterminated used as a precaution
