Very clean, the fenced back yard was great for our pup. Reasonably close to the beach access. And we had everything we needed in the kitchen. The only thing we had trouble with was the coffee pot needed descaling before it could be used. We had a great time, and we would definitely take a trip to stay here again!

Be careful with this property. We were unable to stay here. The door lock was nearly impossible to lock when leaving. The hot tub was broken. The non stick pans were completely scratched and covered in food when we arrived. There was also a couch covered in some kind of animal pee when we arrived and made the room unusable. We were unable to stay here. It was very disappointing.

Amazing stay! So close to the beach, so much room in the house to play and cook, and the hosts were very responsive and helpful! We would highly recommend it. Thank you!

Great place

Limited cooking Utensils for a house who fits 8 but overall was a great place for our family to stay and our dog to have freedom outside with a fully fenced backyard

Easter in Seaside

We had a great family weekend at this house, with an easy walk a few blocks to the beach. Not too much further up the promenade to the center of Seaside. The house was clean, well supplied, and the hot tub was a nice feature too. We would stay here again!

2025 vacation

We were thrilled our dogs had big fenced back yard. Coming from Comcast tv to this one made no sense to us. Please type up tv directions and leave in house. After all we’re coming there again. Location is perfect also. Thank you for wonderful vacation

Spring break

The place was decent. Beds were pretty hard, the table hockey didn't work, and the Internet was occasionally glitchy. Short walk to the beach, though, which is where we spent most of our time.

Beautiful and clean. Exactly as described. Only not so great issue: a random man walking around the back yard almost every day/morning of our stay. He didnt tell us he was there. He refilled the hot tub daily (much too full) and then pad locked it each time. It was off-putting and stange. When we approched the man to ask why he was there he said he was a maintenance guy from the agency. It was weird to have him there so often and without any notice or communication unless we initiated it. We were in our swimsuits and such to use the hot tub. It felt strange.

Good Layout & Location…Kitchen severely lacking

The Good: The house layout was nice. Good size bedrooms and bathrooms were fine. The backyard was good size and completely fenced (good for dogs). Location was only a few blocks to beach and quiet. Garage had air hockey table and couch…great hangout for our 20-something kids. The Bad: We found popcorn in the bedsheets the first night so someone didn’t clean properly (we ending up washing all bedroom sheets). The kitchen was woefully inadequate. The drinkware consisted only of handled mason jars and goblets…no cocktail glasses, drink glasses or wine glasses. There were no sharp knives, making cooking difficult. Many dishes has chips in them and only 5-6 plates so can have a large gathering. We were informed when we arrived that the dishwasher wasn’t draining and the next day someone came to ‘fix’ it but it still didn’t drain so we had to hand wash all week (and let dry in broken dishwasher because there was no dish rack). Grill worked but was a challenge. It was small and all the flame came towards the front so you constantly have to reposition food to get proper cook. They also had very limited supplies…no bath/shower products, only 4 garbage bags, no food storage containers for leftovers, etc. Disappointing because a 500 trip to Target or Costco to buy new kitchen ware would make this place closer to a 5-star stay.
