Desirable end-unit two-story townhome w/ 2 bedrooms & 2.5 baths. Updated kitchen w/ quartz countertops & farm sink. Hardwood floors throughout. Renovated master bath w/ large walk-in shower, heated floors, heated towel rack, mini-fridge & coffee station. 3 large screen Smart TVs. Stacked washer and dryer. Located at the entrance of Falls Park in the Historic West End. 2 private parking spots, walk to everything downtown. Patio furniture set & gas grill for enjoying the back patio.

LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION! Close and convenient to everything, you can literally park your car and not have to drive again your entire trip. Walk everywhere, rent bikes to check out the trail and spots a little farther away, or hop on the trolley. Uber & Lyft are also super easy to hail with wait times normally around 3 minutes or less.

We have a unique 13 unit Townhome complex that is phenomenally situated in the heart of the West End, steps from it all! There are 2 dedicated parking spots directly in front of the unit as well as pet areas on property. We are located at the entrance to Falls Park & the Swamp Rabbit Trail, and also steps to Main Street and all of its Restaurants & Shopping.

Cosy and comfortable cottage with everything we needed for our 3-night stay. Host is welcoming and responsive! So close to Reedy Falls area, great restaurants, and biking on Swamp Rabbit Trail.

Absolutely perfect location to explore Greenville without using a car. Very close to the West End and Falls Park. High end furnishings, towels, and decor. Master shower was amazing, great water pressure. Hunter was responsive and accommodating to an early checkin. Two parking spots right in front of the unit. I can’t wait to come back!

Hunter’s property was everything we hoped it would be. Clean, comfortable and so close to everything!! The park and downtown were just a short walk away. This was a hard place to leave :)Hunter is a wonderful host too! Can’t go wrong with this one.

Nice place and great location

The condo was nicely furnished and very clean. The owner was easy to contact and communicate with. Easy walk to Falls Park and downtown Greenville. I would stay here again!
