Welcome to our home away from home! You'll be close to Greenville's most beautiful attractions, many within walking distance or an even shorter drive away. It's a 15–20-minute walk to much of Downtown and Falls Park on the Reedy and Cancer Survivor's Park are only an 8-10 minute walk away! Alternatively, you can easily have a quiet night in! You can take some time to lounge on our daybed swing, enjoy a cozy fire in our peaceful backyard fire pit, or relax in our hot tub.

We had a nice stay at this cute house which was close to downtown Greenville. Quiet area and the house had everything we needed. We enjoyed sitting out on the front porch.

Lovely little home that is very cozy and in a great location to downtown. It was so easy to walk to the trail and enjoy the town and the neighborhood was very quiet. Loved the wildlife also!

Beautiful home!

We loved our stay in Greenville! The home was just beautiful, and so comfortable and clean! Melinda was wonderful. She checked in with us beforehand and shared a wealth of information about the area, things to do and places to eat. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone planning to visit Greenville. What a beautiful home! Perfect location for all things GVL and Melinda was the most responsive and informative host ever!! Coffee and hot tub made this perfect location even better! We will definitely be back!

Nice Getaway

Nicely renovated house close to downtown. We enjoyed sitting on front porch and using the fire pit in back yard. House has everything you need for a getaway!

Wonderful place

The house was wonderful and in a great location. We were able to talk to many parks and restaurants, but at the same time it was a quiet and relaxing neighborhood.

This is one of the BEST IN Greenville… Host was absolutely the best!! Nicest person ever! House is adorable… up to date and clean as a whistle! Too Hot this week to sit outside but adorable sitting area, a fire pit and a fabulous hot tub! Highly recommend! I promise we will be back!! FIVE STAR!!!

Lovely!

The home is gorgeous — adorably decorated, well-maintained and very well-appointed, stocked with many of the comforts of home. The hot tub was a nice bonus! We loved the location - a short walk to the Swamp Rabbit Trail and manageable walk to town for daytime adventures. The host was very communicative and provided great local recommendations. Highly recommend and would stay here again!

Wonderful experience

We had a 3 night stay at this property & absolutely loved it! It has all the charm of an older home with all the amenities of a new one From the gorgeous hardwood floors & tall baseboards/crown moulding to the walk in showers with fabulous water pressure & the kitchen with everything you could possibly need (including a coffee bar)….it met all of our needs & exceeded our expectations. My favorite place to relax/unwind was the front porch bed swing…perfect for reading your favorite book or taking a nap. The home was absolutely spotless with beautiful decor & super soft bed linens Melinda was great to work with…answered questions & responded to emails promptly Unfortunately we didn’t get to use the hot tub this stay (weather related not due to unavailability), but fingers crossed, we’ll be back & use it on our return visit. Would 10/10 recommend a stay here!

Gorgeous

This cottage is all anyone would want. It’s impeccably decorated and up-to-date. The kitchen is well stocked with a variety of coffee, tea and sweeteners. Although we did not do any cooking, the kitchen is well stocked with beautiful cookware. Thanks Melinda for keeping such a lovely place!

Quiet and Peaceful

Walkability to downtown was great. Nice home had everything we needed and the Hostess was very quick in responding to inquiries. Checking out instructions were easy to follow.The home was beautifully appointed. Would definitely rent again!

End of School Year Celebration

The house was precious! It was perfect for our stay. Comfy beds, cute coffee bar, open living area with comfy seating for our girls’ trip. We did not cook, but the kitchen seemed well stocked, and everything was super clean. The hostess was very helpful and informative. We would love to stay here again!

Comfortable, pretty, and clean

This centrally located property was exceptionally clean, and well-stocked. It also had a really comfortable sofa and beds, and an easy to use tv. The host was extremely easy to communicate with. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for something to make them feel at home away from home.

Cozy Cottage

What a beautiful cottage! This was the perfect spot for our visit to Greenville. It is so close to all of the restaurants and activities in the bustling downtown area. The host has thought of everything to make it a home away from home. My boys especially enjoyed the hot tub. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Really Great Place

This is more than expected. It is a beautiful, updated home close to downtown. We were able to bike to the Swamp Rabbit Trail, a great walking and biking trail that goes through the downtown area. The home is located close to the downtown area as well. We will certainly recommend this home and hope to maybe return in the future.

Charming cottage!

Very pretty house- clean, cheerful, has all the comforts of home. Yard is lovely! Love the front porch with comfy seat swing. Very relaxing to enjoy a beverage and read a good book. The house is very close to downtown. Host was very accommodating and friendly! Enjoyed our stay!

Nice!

Greenville has a wonderful downtown, about a 20-minute walk from the house. Most of the walk to downtown is through Falls Park, probably the best municipal park I know of. The house is very well maintained, modern, and comfortable. Contact with the host was very easy and there were no surprises. I would definitely return.
