Beautiful Cottage Walkable to Falls Park on the Reedy & Downtown

Welcome to our home away from home! You'll be close to Greenville's most beautiful attractions, many within walking distance or an even shorter drive away. It's a 15–20-minute walk to much of Downtown and Falls Park on the Reedy and Cancer Survivor's Park are only an 8-10 minute walk away! Alternatively, you can easily have a quiet night in! You can take some time to lounge on our daybed swing, enjoy a cozy fire in our peaceful backyard fire pit, or relax in our hot tub.

We stayed in this cottage for two nights. The host was easy to communicate with and provide great information about the property. The property was extremely clean, cozy and exactly as represented.

Location is convenient to Reedy Falls/Swamp Rabbit trail and downtown Greenville. The home was clean, welcoming, and equipped with all the essentials. We enjoyed our stay!

This house was so beautiful and well equipped with everything we needed for a short stay. The kitchen was well stocked with any supplies we needed, the owner even had some welcome snacks for us, which my kids enjoyed. It felt like home for us. Communication, check in was easy and I hope to stay here again in the future.

Wonderful stay in a beautiful home conveniently located in downtown. Home is exactly as pictured and one of the most well stocked we have rented. Such a nice touch to have a variety of coffee to try! I would definitely rent this home again!

This is the most welcoming home we have rented. Communication was amazing and we fell in love with the space. We spent a quick weekend celebrating Easter with our daughter who attends Clemson. We had such a relaxing and special weekend. I would stay here again for sure and encourage anyone to book and enjoy this home.

Great home! Host was super attentive, easy to reach, and very responsive. Home is an easy drive to downtown Greenville, but far enough away to enjoy a quiet restful evening. We slept great and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This vacation home was all it said it was and more. We found it the perfect location to visit downtown Greenville, restaurants, shops and sites of historical interests.The property was well maintained with an inviting firepit and hot tub in the back yard.The interior of the home was exceptionally neat, clean and well maintained with a well-stocked kitchen and pantry. Bedrooms were attractive and roomy with lots of closet and drawer space, and the beds were quite comfortable.Melinda was a wonderful host who was quick to respond to any inquiry we had and offered any assistance needed to ensure our stay was memorable and enjoyable.We have already talked about once again renting this particular property when we return to Greenville in search of a new permanent residence.

The home was comfortable, inviting, and beautifully decorated and remodeled. We really appreciated the fact that we didn’t have to share a bathroom; each bedroom came with a full size luxurious bathroom. The host was very accommodating during our stay, communicating with us as needed. We thank her for the coffee and snacks that she provided for us upon check in. Overall, we think the property was excellent. It was in a good location within walking distance to the Cancer Survivor Park and Reedy Falls.

Lovely little home that is very cozy and in a great location to downtown. It was so easy to walk to the trail and enjoy the town and the neighborhood was very quiet. Loved the wildlife also!

Wonderful place

The house was wonderful and in a great location. We were able to talk to many parks and restaurants, but at the same time it was a quiet and relaxing neighborhood.

We had a nice stay at this cute house which was close to downtown Greenville. Quiet area and the house had everything we needed. We enjoyed sitting out on the front porch.
