Located in the desirable West End, our 2-story, 2 bedroom townhouse is just a 5-minute walk to Falls Park, the baseball stadium, Main Street, and the Swamp Rabbit Trail.

With room for 6 adults and even your furry friends, this property is perfect for your next family getaway or a week of work in town.

The first floor features a modern kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, and an open living plan connecting the kitchen with the dining room that seats 6.

The comfortable living room boasts a wood-burning fireplace and a 55" smart TV, perfect for cozy family nights in.

Grill dinner and enjoy Greenville evenings on the back patio, and take advantage of the free WiFi, coffee and tea, cable TVs, gas BBQ grill, washer/dryer, and plenty of firewood for the fireplace.

The second floor is carpeted with 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a laundry room.

You'll have everything you need for a comfortable stay, including 2 free parking spots right outside the front door.

Our family-friendly property includes a pack-and-play and booster seat, and we're happy to welcome your leashed pup to enjoy the grassy area at the end of the parking lot and the Swamp Rabbit Trail.

We fell in love with the property as soon as we entered! It was convenient for us because it’s within walking distance of the Grand Bohemian where my daughter’s wedding reception was held. But we would stay there again just because of the quality of the home and the overall ease of communication. We are already planning a return trip!

We stayed a month at this property and had an awesome time in Greenville! The location was very walkable and the complex was quiet. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes, pots, and utensils. There were plenty of linens/towels and all cotton sheets. Communication was great with Peter and Melinda.

My boyfriend and I were looking for something close to downtown and pet-friendly, and Melinda and Peter were perfect! They were so accommodating with my schedule changes, which I really appreciated. Their home was absolutely lovely - warm, cozy, inviting, and extremely clean. We honestly felt right at home.I also loved the closet with leashes and dog bowls for our sweet Harley. Such a thoughtful touch! You can tell they really thought of everything to make their guests (and their pups) feel welcome.We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again!

The condo has everything we needed for our visit. The furniture and beds are comfortable and the place was spotless. The location suited us since we wanted to walk into town each day, we hope to stay there again

Another wonderful few days vacation at this amazing property! Close to all amenities, this property provides the perfect location for downtown. Home is beautifully decorated, is pet friendly and it really is like a home away from home. Love staying at this property, you will too!

Great location- we didn't have to use our car all weekend. Property was clean, well stocked, everything labeled- light switches, cabinets, closets, tv instructions.Enjoyed the extras-- plenty of sleeping pillows on the beds, blankets, lots of towels! Even a spare toothbrush, toothpaste, mouth wash, q-tips, cottonballs, etc Would stay again!!

Perfection! The feel of a luxury hotel without the lack of space/privacy. They thought of everything, tea kettle, 2 kinds of coffee makers, soap, extra towels, you name it. Very clean spacious unit with a small outdoor space. This was our 2nd stay with them; in fact, we adjusted our visit around the availability of this unit. The cleaning company they use is impeccable and love the little touches! There is access to free WiFi and the tv's were set with everything you’ll need. This home is in a perfect location; you are 2 blocks away from downtown, but you still feel like you are tucked away from that busy-ness in a quiet oasis. The hosts are prompt, thoughtful and helpful communicators. We were very, very happy with our experience and would recommend this specific property to anyone!

Another perfect weekend getaway at this property. Everything is so clean, well organized and it really is just like a home away from home. We have stayed here a few times now and will definitely be back. Great proximity to town, pet friendly and quiet neighborhood. If I could give this more than 5 stars I would.

Hi! My husband and I are so happy to welcome you to our townhouse! We've been in Greenville for 17 years and love it. Downtown is changing weekly, it seems, so we're exploring right alongside you, trying the new restaurants and shops, enjoying the festivals and playing in the parks.
We also love to travel and meet new people. So far we've taken our 5 kids to 7 countries and we can't wait to visit more!
