Located in the desirable West End, our 2-story, 2 bedroom townhouse is just a 5-minute walk to Falls Park, the baseball stadium, Main Street, and the Swamp Rabbit Trail.

With room for 6 adults and even your furry friends, this property is perfect for your next family getaway or a week of work in town.

The first floor features a modern kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, and an open living plan connecting the kitchen with the dining room that seats 6.

The comfortable living room boasts a wood-burning fireplace and a 55" smart TV, perfect for cozy family nights in.

Grill dinner and enjoy Greenville evenings on the back patio, and take advantage of the free WiFi, coffee and tea, cable TVs, gas BBQ grill, washer/dryer, and plenty of firewood for the fireplace.

The second floor is carpeted with 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a laundry room.

You'll have everything you need for a comfortable stay, including 2 free parking spots right outside the front door.

Our family-friendly property includes a pack-and-play and booster seat, and we're happy to welcome your leashed pup to enjoy the grassy area at the end of the parking lot and the Swamp Rabbit Trail.

Perfect Couples Getaway

Great Stay!

We really enjoyed this townhouse. The location was within walking distance to downtown and also really close to Shriners Children’s hospital. The property was as described and well stocked with everything we needed. Hope to stay again in the future. The available parking was also great!

Comfortable stay, close to town and trails

Met for a girls trip and loved this townhouse! Very comfortable, spacious and had everything we needed. Hosts were very communicative and helpful. Location is perfect for walking to Main Street and accessing the Park and Trails.

Perfectly appointed for wedding weekend

We have stayed in multiple VRBO rentals over the years and this one may have been the most well appointed yet! Perfectly clean, easy access, great location and well stocked and labeled kitchen cabinets and drawers. We especially enjoyed how walkable the townhome was to downtown Greenville. Great weekend!

Outstanding!

The owners are amazing! We've stayed in quite a few vacation rentals, and this one is towards the top of the list. They provide most anything you would need, as well as communicating throughout the stay, to ensure we were comfortable. We highly recommend this property!!!!!👍😊👍😊

Home away from home

We have stayed in this townhouse enough times to make it feel like our home away from home. The owners quick response to any issues that arise is awesome! The townhouse is so well equipped, and we love being so close to Main Street.

Amazing location and hospitality

Location location location and amazing place to stay! We visited Greenville to watch a Firefighters vs Party Animals baseball game at Fluor Field which happened to be one block away. We were able to walk through Falls Park on the Reedy and downtown. Right next to Fluor Field is a great little place called Gather GVL. It's like a food "truck" food court and had something for every taste bud in our family. This place was within walking distance to just about everything you could want or need. Make sure you look through information in the guest book that thte owners have taken time to put together, it's packed with great information. If we find ourselves visiting Greenville again in the future, this property is the first I'll be checking for availability.

Beautiful townhouse close to downtown

My husband and I had a wonderful time at this charming house! We brought our 2 dogs and it was great. Super close walk to a really cute park and easy walking access to downtown! The hosts were great and had everything that we could have needed.

Love It!

This is the 4th year in a row we've stayed here. Can't beat the location being so close to Fluor Field and Reedy Falls Park. First time walking in Conestee Nature Preserve and it was great. Hit 4 of the trails and will definitely go back the next time we're in town.

Great first stay in Greenville!

The location of this property is perfect for enjoying all the wonderful food and fun on Main Street and accessing the park and river trail which we enjoyed for a several mile walk. The townhouse itself was very comfortable and well appointed. Our little 12 pound maltepoo loved it too! Thanks for making your lovely home available to us!

Perfect vacation home in a fantastic location!

Clean and comfortable home perfect for two couples in town to perform with the Rivertree Singers. Close to restaurants and Reedy Park, which was a beautiful place to take a morning walk. Everything we could ask for and we would definitely stay here again!

Fun time in Greenville

Our family members are big baseball fans, so when our daughter wanted to run a half marathon in Greenville, SC, we needed a place where we could all stay comfortably and be within walking distance of the ballpark and the River park. This townhouse is perfectly located. We were a block from the River park and a block from the ballpark. Additionally, we walked to breakfast and dinner daily. We even walked uptown to the CVS when necessary, saving money on parking fees daily, which are about $5 per hour on weekends. The townhouse provided a spacious master suite with room enough for a pack-n-play for our toddle grandson to sleep in, and it also held a king-size bed for when he wanted to get in bed with his parents. The beds were neither too soft or too hard. Like the fairy tale, they were just right. Our seven-year-old grandson slept comfortably on the pull-out couch. While both upstairs bedrooms had access to full bathrooms, my grandson had his own half bathroom downstairs if he needed to use it during the night. From the moment we rented the townhouse, throughout our stay, and until we checked out, the owners communicated with us clearly and professionally. Within the home, each cabinet and closet was labeled so we knew how to find what we wanted and needed. We lacked nothing. We strongly recommend the townhome. The owners go above and beyond to make the renters’ experience ideal.

Excellent location and accommodations for a family trip to Greenville!

The townhouse itself is beautiful and fully stocked with everything you may need. My family was very comfortable there. It was very clean and we were in contact with the owners during our stay. They truly care about your expedience and your comfort. The location was in walking distance to Main Street and the downtown area. We would without a doubt stay there again on our next visit to Greenville!

Great property! Great location!

A great place! We were there for an extended 3-week stay and this rental was perfect for us. Host Melinda was outstanding with communication and owners did a great job outfitting the unit with everything you could need for cooking or comforts of home. Within walking distance to Falls Park and everything on Main Street, the unit was clean and in a safe area. We really loved it!

We also love to travel and meet new people. So far we've taken our 5 kids to 7 countries and we can't wait to visit more!
