Beautifully decorated 2BR, 1.5Ba condo near causeway entrance on St. Simons Island. Unit comes fully equipped with all furnishings and kitchen appliances, and yes there’s a Keurig as well as an outdoor shower. Includes use of community pool. Convenient location to all points of interest on SSI, minutes to everything.

We provide a Starter set of Nationally known amenities which includes a full roll of bathroom tissue for each bath a full size bar of Dove soap Paper towels palmolive ,dish pods & laundry pods. Your unit comes furnished with Linens and Terry for all guest.

Per HOA Guidelines we are prohibited from providing Grills

We will provide specific check in instructions prior to your arrival and we will be available via text message before and during the duration of your stay. We look forward to the opportunity to host you!

Nice place to stay

We enjoyed our stay here. Would definitly stay again. It was clean and easy to check in. The host was very nice and easy to communicate with. Our boys loved being able to feed the turtles off of the balcony. Great place.

Okay

This place was nicely decorated, which we enjoyed. But it was near a busy highway, so quite noisy. Lots of things were broken -- toilet paper holders, toaster, the door, nothing major but it was kind of annoying. Not sure we would choose to stay here again. St. Simon's was nice. We found a place to walk nearby to enjoy nature.

When we arrived, the vents had black mold on them, there was smooshed bugs on the walls, Cheeto crumbs and marks on the white couch, several stains on the white couch, the stairs had stains all over them and do not look clean, the living room furniture was pushed to the sides of the living room, there was one used roll of toilet paper to share between all of the people and the two bathrooms, dead roaches in the vases and lamps, and the condo was 80 degrees. Prior to arriving I asked the property owner if I could check in early, they asked what time, I told them, and never heard back from them despite me asking a second time. The property owner was somewhat responsive and sent someone to check on the property after I made them aware of the issues. However, the property owner knew we would be going to dinner and still sent someone to the property, who ended up going inside without us knowing. The only issue we saw from this was that they had turned the baby monitor around, which was not needed nor was it in their way - this was strange. This person supposedly fixed the AC, which they did not and we still had to manage to fix it in our own.

This was the perfect birthday get-away for my mother. We both loved the house. The townhouse was spacious and had gorgeous decorations that we admired. Everything was clean, the locals were friendly. We had access to the beach & shops! Fun memories.

Weather heavenly!

Construction was going on next door. Flooring, painting, carpeting, etc. being done. Hammering going on during the day. We enjoyed the outdoors--turtles, etc. The weather was beautiful.. Our contract host was wonderful.

Wont stay here again.

The location, pool and pond off the back deck were nice. The communication and the condition of the condo are a different story. Upon arrival we had trouble getting the code to work to get in. I sent several messages to the host via VRBO messages with no response. The host did not provide any alternative ways of communication. We did eventually get in so I sent a message saying nevermind. I messaged about that and the Wi-Fi not working for us and heard nothing back. The Wi-Fi ended up being that the password sent for check-in had a capital letter, but the password did not. At different points during our stay we came across several things not working or that were broken. The bathroom outlets didn’t function, the microwave cut on but didn’t heat, the clothes dryer only halfway dried so we had to run a couple of cycles for each load. There were several “small things” that were broken to the extent that I took photos shortly after we arrived so we couldn’t be held responsible for them such as a toilet paper holder, blinds and more. There were never any check out instructions sent and I couldn’t locate any so idk if we did it right. It seemed as if the host wasn’t receiving my messages so I didn’t bother with that since we were able to make it through our stay as is. The carpet was also pretty dirty. I tried to add photos, but it tells me they exceed size limit.
