All new appliances, new TVs, modern touches and upgrades (air fryer oven, water softener, apron front farm/commercial sink, coffee bar w/ Keurig and iced coffee maker), were made in this quaint unit with quick access to nearly all of the island’s amenities, sites and indulgences! Direct entry and exit (not shared with other units) and a private deck/balcony. Explore the historical landmarks, bike and walk the vast network of pathways to parks, national monuments and of course- the beach! The unit is 3 miles from the beachfront. Looking for local cuisine? Saint Simons Island has a variety- southern soul food, fresh caught seafood, pizza pies, breakfast bistros and more! The shopping district offers unique and creative clothing and home decor options. Relax and enjoy one of our local spas! So much to explore and this bungalow location is great spot to start the journey and return for a dip in the pool, a quiet reflection on the deck or game night with your family and friends. This unit is a two story, 1.5 bath, two bedroom property with approximately 8 stairs to the second level where bedrooms can accommodate up to 4-5 people comfortably and is perfectly located just short drive or bike to the beach. Situated in a pet friendly community, with onsite amenities and supplies for well-behaved pets available for a reasonable non-refundable pet fee. Be sure to include the fact that you have pets (number of pets and weight of each) in your rental request. Come, enjoy the island and be our guest at Casa de Ce Ce!

This was the perfect condo for my family. It was me, my daughter and my husband. It was fully equipped with everything we needed. Including beach towels and things. It was clean and gave a very “home away from home” feel. It was in a great location. Close to shops and the pier. Close to great restaurants. You will be highly pleased booking this stay.

Great location to everything. Can't go wrong with any restaurants in SSI. Very comfortable accommodations and clean.

Joe and his family were excellent guests. They followed all rules, left the place in good repair, patient with a few set-backs and were tidy and very communicative throughout the stay. We would welcome them back anytime.

Sam has a perfect set up for a comfy family friendly stay. Condo is centrally located between the SSI pier, Jekyll Island bridge and East Beach beach entrance. Never fair from the ongoing of the island life. All the comfort features of home with a vacation vibe!

We had a great stay. Samantha our host was great. She kept us updated and checked to see if we needed anything. She had the best stock of amenities I have seen anywhere. The place was exactly as advertised. Thank you Samantha for making our stay so enjoyable.

Perfect location

The home was so great to stay with my family. Very close to restaurants, downtown , beach , and popular tourist areas. The pool was also so great to take our baby over to!

Relaxing Weekend Getaway

Great place to stay!

Samantha was a wonderful host! She was very quick to respond to any questions I had while checking in and staying. The condo was very clean and we had a wonderful time.

This rental was very well equipped and clean.

My husband and small dog had a great stay. This rental was one of the best equipped VRBO properties we have stayed in and very pet friendly! It was in a great location as well.

Great stay on SSI

The owner helped resolve all problems we had (minor plumbing issue) and communicated throughout. Was a perfect accommodation for me and my mom. We enjoyed our stay!

Outside of condo could use a little updates , but as soon as we stepped in it was so beautiful and comfy. Everything we needed was supplied. Very quiet and cozy. I took some photos to mimick some of Samantha’s ideas. Our dogs loved it too and were very comfortable. We plan to return later in the late summer. Everything was spotless and well equipped. Did not cook too much in the kitchen, so many restaurants we wanted to try. But the kitchen also was well equipped. Thank you for allowing us to share your place. Lynn and Tony GonzalezPS. My daughter just loved the sign in upstairs bathroom I sent her.. I bought some supplies to copy it for her.

Amazing stay!!!

This rental was nothing short of PERFECT! Sam keeps this condo spotless and stocked. She was also very responsive. I would definitely recommend this stay to anyone! The location was 10/10. I am coming back very soon!
