Ocean Walk- Heated Pool Front Condo, with Tropical Views!

Oceanwalk Condos...beautiful surroundings within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. Our condo is uniquely located on the heated pool, with gorgeous tropical views from the living room and patio. One bedroom with two full beds, pull out futon in living area and one full bath. Full kitchen includes microwave and dishwasher. Outside patio with table and four chairs overlooking the heated pool. Clubhouse nearby offers a fitness center, game room, and business center with wireless hi-speed internet.

Oceanwalk Condos are located in a serene setting with two pools, duck and fish ponds, playground, tennis courts, and clubhouse. If you want a change of pace take a walk down to the beach or pier about a 10 block walk. Large sidewalks make it easy to ride a bike. After a day at the beach you can stroll through the village for boutique shopping. The village also offers a large variety of restaurants with local flare. St. Simons Island and surrounding areas offer golfing, fishing, water sports, historic sites, shopping, great restaurants, and above all great people.

Perfect place for a getaway

Check in was very easy and Colleen was very responsive with any questions I had. Just a short walk to town; an all around great location and place to stay.

Great location

Safe area, quiet and clean. This is a must stay longer than just 2 nights. Very much enjoyed the piece and quiet.

Such a lovely place to stay. Comfortable and homey. Bedroom with double beds gave that "island vibe" you expect in a coastal home. Will definitely stay again!

Cozy little spot close to everything

We had a great time with our kids! This property is right by the pool and close to food, a pier, the beach, & shopping! Would definitely stay here again!

We love this cozy condo!

This condo has everything you need and it is budget-friendly. The pool-front stay is great for the price and the condo is close to everything. We have stayed here twice and had a great stay both times.

Great location

Location was awesome. Close to everything. Beautiful, quiet neighborhood. Location of the condo was amazing. Pool just out the door. Will try to reserve on our next trip to St. Simons. Thanks for everything

Great value, awesome location

My daughters and I enjoyed our beach vacation at this location. It was the perfect size for the 3 of us. The property was great and the location right by the pool was convenient. It was very close to all the things we wanted to do… Biking, beach, restaurants, pier, etc. I would definitely return.

Unit is outdated

Wallpaper in bathroom from the 1970’s & gaps in theseams. Very old shower. Heat& air conditioning vent is rusted. sofa sagged in the middle and & very uncomfortable. No table & chairs, only 2 bar stools at the counter. Two beds in bedroom with a futon where the table Chairs should have been. Not sure how it can be advertised as sleeps 6. I was terribly disappointed.

We had the best time stay...

We had the best time staying at Ocean Walk! Two girlfriends & I stayed there for a girls weekend! Left the men at home! The location was perfect & very convenient to the little village and a short short drive to the beach. We really enjoyed the condo and the pool! Very cozy! St. Simons is beautiful! Thanks Colleen! I already have plans to take my husband with me next time!

They need to have some instructions as to the television. The light in the refrigerator was out when we checked in and we replaced it ourselves. (not a problem)

Fun Family Get Away!

What a lovely time we had at this condo this past summer! We have two children under five and this was a perfect little home away from home. The location of the condo itself is right outside (walking distance) from the center of town. This unit is DIRECTLY accross from the pool and made it easy for us to take the kids to and from the condo. The inside of the condo was IMMACULATE and pleasantly decorated. We are sold on St. Simons and will return to rent this condo again soon! Thank you for the wonderful place to stay!

Lovely condo..great location

Perfect location! Neat, clean and orderly. Not updated and modern, but I knew that going in and was perfectly fine with it. It was pleasant. Saw a roach, not uncommon in the area though. Didn’t seem to be from uncleanliness. Ran out of toilet paper…kind of a faux pas.

the condo needs a lot of work. there was NO light in the living room, the only outlet was dead.

It felt abandoned and unused with a lot of things needing work, a flap of the shade fell down, only one ice tray that had a number of holes in it.

An Emergency booking

Exactly as the other reviews state. This was a last minute booking and we felt lucky to find another condo in OW as we were already there. However I would never book this unit again. Very old and outdated, all woodwork is in bad shape, no iron or ironing board and not even a spatula to use if we wanted to cook. The only clean feeling thing in the unit was the refrigerator. We met the owner, who is very nice, I just have a different idea of nice and clean.

Awful

It’s dingy, dirty and in need of repairs. The bathroom was moldy. We couldn’t cook there because the pans were so bad and utensils were lacking. The toaster was burned out. The carpets were dirty. The linens were shabby, old and warn out. The lightning was awful. I can’t understand how this place could possibly get a good rating!!! It really makes me wonder about the validity of the reviews. This was without a doubt the worst place we have ever rented in 25 years of renting vacation places.
