Our stay was great. No problem checking in and out. We even had to stay an extra night due to our flight getting canceled and Ola was great and able to accommodate us. We will stay here again.

Ola’s property was spotlessly clean and had a fresh, welcoming feel. The bed was extremely comfortable and cozy, making for a very restful stay. The kitchen was adequately equipped with pots, pans, and utensils, and the appliances appeared new and clean.Trader Joe’s, The Fresh Market, and ALDI are all just minutes away, which made grocery shopping very convenient. Public transportation was readily available in all directions, and ride-share services responded promptly.The property’s location in the vibrant Lincoln Park area offers an abundance of nearby dining options. Wrigley Field is only minutes away and easily accessible by public transportation. Purchasing a multi-day CTA pass made getting around Chicago especially convenient and hassle-free.I would definitely consider staying at Ola’s property again in the future and would happily recommend it to others.

The property, host, location and communication were all great. Very clean, easy check-in, great communication, and nice location. The only problem we had was the noise. This is a basement apartment—every step taken upstairs was heard. For two nights we had loud guests staying above us, partying very late into the early morning hours. The host was responsive to our feedback and the noise was less the second night, but still loud enough to wake us up. Not the hosts fault, but enough of an issue that I probably won’t stay here again.

Everything was beautifully updated and clean. Well stocked kitchen Clear instructions regarding parking entering and expectations Hostess stayed in touch regarding any needs concerns throughout the stay. Would definitely stay there again!

Parking was not the best, have to know how to parallel park at the front. Overall, it was a great weekend stay for us, clean, (except for the drywall shavings on the floor in some places) comfortable bed and space, and the neighbors upstairs were very loud and could hear every step they took but it was perfect for us. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a small comfortable space for your trip! Again the bed was SO COMFORTABLE!!

The place is as pictured. It’s clean and updated. It is a basement so little natural light. Issues: there is only 1 bed. No hide a bed in the couch. The bed is a double maybe a queen size. So if you are traveling with a friend it is not ideal. There is no seating in the kitchen area so if you are up and the other person is sleeping there is no place to go. You will hear someone walking above you, even with earplugs. The place isn’t close to anything. It’s a long walk to where you probably want to be like near Diversey &Clark, or wrigleyville. No CTA near by but there is a bus. It’s almost a mile to the CTA. Check it is 4PM. If you want to check in early at 1PM it’s an extra 75 which seems excessive for such an expensive rental already. When I checked in the previous renters trash was still in the can. No towels put out, no Kleenex. Not a big deal, but for a rental I expect it.

Great weekend stay. About a 40 min walk to Wrigley. I ran in the neighborhood and felt safe the whole time. Place was very clean and tidy.

The garden apartment is clean, neat, and well located. Multiple restaurants are within an easy walk of the apartment. The apartment was quiet at night. In short, this is a great place to stay!

Loved our stay! Everything was exactly as described online. Great communication with host the entire time, everything was clean and tidy. Location was great and had close access to everything we needed.

Lovely location and amenities

Our recent stay was perfect in every way. The location was perfect, a walk from our son's residence. The suite was like new with easy access and beautiful accommodations. We only wish we could have stayed longer!

Amazing stay

Ola’s place was so great! It looks to be brand new and it was so clean. My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay. Ola was extremely communicative and he was a great host. Would definitely book again when coming back to the city. Couldn’t say more great things about this stay!

The apartment was very clean and everything was as advertised. Great communication. The only downside is the noise from the apartment upstairs in the early morning (5:30-6:30 a.m.) stools/chairs dragging and footsteps. Other than that all was good.

Wonderful newly updated property. Beautiful decor and furnishings. For us it was a great location. The owners are totally responsive to the needs of their guests. The internet went out (provider issue not owners) and we got an immediate response to our email. We felt safe and secure in the garden apartment. Note that parking can be difficult but not impossible.
