The property was just perfect for us! It was clean and had everything we needed. The furniture, linens etc were soft and comfy. Great neighborhood for dining and shopping and not too far away when you want to Uber into downtown. The host communicated so well and addressed all of our needs. Great value and great experience. Highly recommend.

Stayed here for the proximity to Wrigley Field. Was pleasantly surprised with how much was provided for guests. Would definitely choose to stay here again. Communication with the manager was A!

GREAT location, GREAT price. Walkable to anything you need in a nice, quiet, calm neighborhood. Super happy with our stay in Chicago at the Vrbo and the host was super nice and accommodating.

This place is fantastic if you want to be walking distance to Wrigley Field (15-20 minutes), great breakfast places (The Little Goat, Ann Sathers), cool architecture, and numerous fabulous dining options. There is a bar on the corner as well. The place has 2 bedrooms, one with a king bed, the other with 2 queens.

The property was amazing, very clean and the space was plentiful. The only issue if you can call it an issue was we wanted to grill out and both propane tanks were empty and the grill was not clean. Also it said that the property had a fire pit but it did not other than that we would definitely choose this property again

This was a super cute place. The only thing I would suggest is to clean the ceiling fans so people can use them. It was walking distance to Wrigley. So many people out walking and cute little coffee shops and my favorite was a chocolate shop that we thought was a hotel. We did spend quite a bit of money on Uber and Lyft to go downtown and to do things so I would take advantage of the parking spot it offers. Plenty of room on the street to park and parking garages are everywhere. There is a Whole Foods down the street for groceries. It is quiet despite being on the main road and close to it. Pictures are accurate. Jacuzzi tub (didn’t use) but it is a steep step over the tub. If you are easily off balanced it may be tricky to enter and exit the tub without holding on to the side. The host was very responsive and in a timely manner. He was very pleasurable to work with while booking this place and accommodating. If we come back to Chicago we will absolutely book here again.

Matthew is a great host and we loved the property! Walking distance to Wrigley and there are great dining options close by as well. A nice home to HQ out of when you visit Chicago!

Lovely apartment in a very nice area of Chicago. Walked to Cubs game and area restaurants. Wonderfully safe walking neighborhood! Apartment is perfect for 4 adults and so creatively decorated. We didn’t use jacuzzi tub, but what a nice feature. Washer & dryer came in handy. We didn’t cook any meals, but kitchen was well stocked with necessities. We utilized garage parking, which was very helpful. Love the cute backyard and deck space! Lake Shore Drive into Chicago was 20 minutes & beautiful. Matthew was helpful and responsive. Would definitely rent from him again!

Clean. Comfy beds. Everything you needed was there. Neighborhood is very walkable. We found free parking nearby. Whole Foods is very close.

Good rental option on the city’s north side

We enjoyed our stay. The rental was clean, check in was easy, property manager was a good communicator and the location is solid. Would stay again.
