Great weekend getaway!

We loved this house! We were up here for homecoming for plymouth state and the location of this house was perfect fit us. Check in was very easy, and communication with the owner through the app was easy and they were very responsive. We would highly recommend this property!

Very responsive and accommodating host. The home is immaculate and beautifully decorated with high end appliances. The location is convenient to the lake, town center, hiking trails, and science and nature center. Air conditioning makes sleeping a breeze during the hot August nights. If you’re looking for resort like accommodations in the lakes region, this is the place!!

Great find by Squam Lake!

Beautiful home a few feet from Squam Lake with panoramic forest views. Updated kitchen and lots of amenities. House is kept stocked with everything you could need. Host is very responsive and helpful. Their local suggestions for sightseeing and food were a hit! Best for small family or 2-3 friends.

Clean and New Near Squam Lake

Very clean and very new property with an owner who is very responsive when needed! House was sparkling and very comfortable. Lacked a bit of homey-ness and special touches of a lake house, but nonetheless in pristine condition that is very close to the town center and the nature center (which was great!). Would have appreciated some outdoor seating. Overall great stay and owner! If modern and updated is what you are looking for this is the place.

New Hampshire family vacation

Immaculately clean. Great location to connect to many NH hot spots… Squam Lake, Santa’s Village, Mt. Washington, Franconia Notch Flume Gorge, Hampton Beach, Portsmouth, Franklin, VT and ME. You’re within a 2-hour drive of just about everything. All the amenities you need in a quality VRBO…washer/dryer, fully stocked kitchen, nice fluffy towels and bed linens, good showers, etc. Listing photos accurate. House had a “brand new” feel. We would definitely stay again.

Nice small home. Lots of windows and light. The kitchen/living room area was especially good. And it’s always good to have a washer/dryer. The stairs are a bit daunting but doable. Would recommend leaving more room and shelving in the bedroom closets for guest use. And a couple of more towel bars in the bathrooms would be nice .Overall we had a good time while there.
