Loved our stay

My wife and I loved this property and the area. This property is beautiful and one of the cleanest VRBO’s I’ve stayed in. We are already planning our next trip back!

Absolutely perfect!

We loved everything about this property! Comfortable beds, amenities and location are just a few to name. Our host Emily was a pleasure and helped make our vacation perfect! We will definitely stay at this property again.

Teenage girls spring break

We brought 8 teenage girls to Grayton & this was the perfect place for us. A couple nights we had 14 people total (all females) and were completely comfortable!!! Great place Great location, close to pool & steps from the tram. We will definitely book again

Mini Vacation and Nephew's Wedding

The house was great and very relaxing, even though it rained on and off, we had plenty to do at the house and enjoyed our time there. Lots to do close by when it wasn't raining. Nothing is very far away, shopping, the beach, and great food. Thank you!

Spring break 2024

Emily was quick to respond anytime i messaged her and was very polite and helpful. The pictures are super accurate and really dont do the place justice in my opinion. Super clean and priced very well. Will stay here again if we go back to grayton beach again!!

The perfect house!

We could not have had a more wonderful stay! Everything was absolutely perfect and so well thought out. The house was so clean and beautifully decorated. The location was amazing as well and the shuttle to the beach was so convenient. Thank you so much, Emily!! ☺️

Absolutely wonderful!!

The home was immaculate- very spacious, layout was wonderful. The teens stayed on the lower level which allowed the adults to stay on the 3rd level. Game room was an added bonus. Steps to the pool, so convenient. Accessing the beach was not an issue at all. We plan to book again next year. Each of us gave this vacation home, hostess, and location a 10/10!!!

Beautiful Home!

The pictures don’t fully illustrate the beauty of this home. From the time we walked through the door we were impressed with the beauty and cleanliness of this amazing house. Emily was the perfect host, checking on us and was extremely responsive. If you’re looking for the perfect luxury getaway, this is it!

Great Property!

The house was perfect across the board. We had 3 families (with 6 kids ranging from 1 to 10 years in age) and it worked out perfectly. Not only was the house well equipped with a luxury feel, it was also noticeably clean from top to bottom. Perfect location in the cul-de-sac and just next to the pool. The garage converted to game room was perfect for a break from the sun. The shuttle to the beach works as advertised. Emily was quick to answer questions before and during our stay. Thanks!

Spring Break Vacation

The host & house was nothing less than stellar! I have so many accolades to list that i dont know where to start. I will start with how accommodating our host was throughout our entire stay. She promptly responded to any questions & went out of her way to identify events that were going on since this was our first time in the Seaside area. When we walked into the house we were in awe. The house is beautiful & extremely clean. You can tell our host truly cared about the cleanliness of the entire property. I know the highest rating we can give is a 5. However, i would give a 10 if possible due to the phenomenal care provided by our host, the beauty of the property, & the cleanliness of the house. We will definitely make this an annual stay! Thank You Emily For Being PHENOMENAL Host!
