This home is centrally located in the heart of Gainesville. It is only 6 Minutes to the University of Florida sports stadiums. Florida field and the O'Connell center among others. Great Restaurants and grocery stores are also only 6 minutes away.
The art and natural history Museums, nature parks and the historic downtown area are also less than 10 minutes away. The house has a very large space inside and out. You will enjoy a quiet and safe neighborhood. The home has a court yard with outdoor furniture, a grill and a firepit. The game room has a fire place and is set up with a pool table with a 60 inch flat screen for watching the big games. There are areas in close proximity to Gainesville that are geological wonders. Devils Millhopper and Devils Den spring. Plus many other beautifully clear fresh water first magnitude artesian springs within minutes. Paynes Prairie preserve also is a place to see beautiful scenery and a lot of wildlife.

Great stay. Plenty of space and not too far from campus. Plenty of restaurants and amenities nearby. The nature trail was close by as well. Overall, a great stay!

The house was well appointed! There were 9 of us and we had plenty of room and had a great time! We were in Gainesville for Sister Hazel's Lyrics for Life Gala on Saturday. It was a great event!

Great house for family gatherings

This was the perfect house for our family to gather. It’s close to everything in Gainesville and Philip was a great host. Would definitely stay here again.

Philip was courteous, helpful and responded quickly to questions and needs. The amenities in the home made our stay comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet and convent to restaurants and shops. I would rent this home again if the need arose.

House has a lot more amenities compared to other houses we rented. Rooms are big and plenty of towels. Prompt answers from the host There is a garage that you can park your car inside Doors have double locks The only suggestion we have is to have a better cleaning service but otherwise we will book this house again

Great Gainesville Spot!

This 5 bedroom house was great for our family to stay at while enjoying exploring UF! Easy drive to campus, good sleeping arrangements, kids loved all the activities/games at the house, great weekend!

We enjoyed our stay in Gainesville! It is very convenient to the University of Florida. We had a minor plumbing issue during our stay and the host/owner had it resolved the next day. The host promptly communicated with us and got things working properly

Overall the property needs a large scale yard cleaning including gutters. Place is run down. Needs new bedding. Pillows are thin and comforters are old and run down. Kitchen is old. Oven barely worked. Kitchen has limited stocked items. We had to buy a large bowl for salad mix. Air conditioner in Master bedroom broke the second night we were there. It was 95 degrees. Couldn’t even sleep in there. Owner makes you clean out your own bathroom trash. Chairs around table were broken. Sodas were not comfortable to relax on. Good: very little mosquitoes in fenced back yard, location to UF is great, quiet neighborhood, owner accepts animals.

First and foremost. This guest was looking for a discount. I get these type guests maybe once or twice a year. The groups prior to her stay and post her stay gave me 5 star reviews. Look through my entire portfolio to see how many five star reviews I receive.All of her statements are false and can be proved.1. The yard is mowed and taken care of biweekly. The yard looks exactly like it does online all the time.2. The gutters are brand new with leaf guards. They will never need to be cleaned out.3. There are 24 pillows in the home eight of those pillows are extra with new clean pillowcases in the master closet. You can pick firm or not .4. The comforters are not worn down. They are clean and look just like the photos that are in the online pictures of the property.5. The word barely that she used for the oven is inaccurate. It either works and COOKS or it doesn’t. It works .6. The chairs are not broken or unusable in any part of the house. There were guests that stayed in their post her and I looked at the property. There are no broken chairs.7. The kitchen looks exactly like the pictures that are online for the portfolio of the property. 8. The air in the master bedroom is an extra cooling system that is not needed for this home. The main central unit is the source of the air for the property. It worked. She got the master thermosta stuck on heat. I told her to shut it off the other unit cools the home. 9. Sofas are the ones on the photo of the property.Not uncomfortable.

Weekend get together

This property was a perfect place for a weekend get together with friends. It is close to the university and surrounding restaurants/shopping. Plenty of space for everyone to retreat or gather.

Plenty room for large group

Rented to attend a family wedding, plenty of space for all family members. Owner was gracious to provide 2 extra folding tables and chairs to be able to have a big sit down family dinner. Nice and quiet neighborhood and close to everything.

Home was perfect for my high school basketball team of 10. everyone got a bed and the fooseball and games at the house were great entertainment. Plenty of towels and showers.

Orange and blue game.

Great layout for multiple family groups. Good location. Quiet street. Very relaxing back yard with fire pit and fountain. Older house but clean. Only issue was pool table was swapped for foosball. Not a big deal but was expecting pool table.

The perfect location and house layout for our family and bridesmaids. Highlights were the game room with pacman game, foosball and back yard being totally fenced in for children to play. Easy trip to grocery stores.For our use, kitchen was well equipped for our needs except for only 4 forks. Easy to solve with purchasing disposable forks. coffee bar was very nice.The only improvements I would make would be access to extra bath linens, ie each person having bath, hand and wash cloth each. Bath mat in each bathroom. We made it work though. House keeping could do a better job cleaning, dusting and cleaning bathrooms.

Long weekend stay.

We stayed at this home for a graduation at UF with our family, friends and dog. The place is well laid out with plenty of room. The rooms are a split plan so there are two bedrooms and a bathroom across the house which was nice for our friends for a little quite. The kitchen has all the basics, with a stocked coffee bar and a grill outside. The home was clean and comfortable. The location was a straight shot to UF and well located to Publix and other places to eat. The backyard is large and fenced and was perfect for our dog. We used the fire pit outside to make s’mores. My only suggestion would be adding a hot tub to enjoy the outside in the evening. We would definitely stay again .

House is basic but all that is needed for a few day trip. Sleeps many which is what I need for my basketball team. Great location with a park near that had great walking trails.
