We had a great stay for UF graduation weekend. Property was very clean, easy check in and out process, good AC and ceiling fans, had extra towels, driveway parking, and a close drive to UF. Thank you!

Great spot in Gainesville

We come to Gainesville every 2 months for doctors appointments at UF. We had a great stay this trip. Great locations, peaceful safe neighborhood. Comfy beds, great AC, everything we needed.

Family get together

Our family had a good weekend stay here. The house was clean and beds were comfortable and kitchen was adequately stocked. Location was very convenient to campus, grocery store and Oaks Mall.

Nice home close to UF

graduation stay

This house was perfect for our family as we were celebrating my niece's graduation. With 4 bedrooms and 2 baths, it was the perfect size for the 7 adults we had staying. The neighborhood is nice with leafy shaded streets for walks/ jogs.

Peaceful, Central 4BD

The place is as listed, a bit old but very clean and well upkept. Finding the place was easy and it is in a quiet neighborhood. The place can benefit from better lightning, but this is not a complain. Thank you for a pleasant stay and if we are in Gainesville again we will for sure look up this place before others.
