This home welcomes pets — perfect for families who don't want to leave anyone behind. 2 well-behaved dogs, under 50 lbs. each are welcome with approval. We offer a kennel for one dog inside, we ask that dogs are supervised, they are not allowed on beds or furniture and must be cleaned up after. (Pet fee of $200 applies per booking).

The only areas off limits for our guests are the supply closet, owners’ closet, and garage.

🧖 Hot Tub: Available year-round for guest use. Please follow posted guidelines for safe and enjoyable use. **Note** a fee of $250 will apply for misuse.



🔥 Grill: Weber gas grill available for guest use. Please clean and turn off propane after each use. Move out from under the home to use.



🅿️ Parking: Parking for 4 vehicles in the drive way or 2 vehicles and a boat. Please do not park on the grass.



📶 WiFi & Streaming: High-speed Fiber internet provided. Guests can log into their own streaming accounts.



🔊 Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10 PM- 7 AM they are enforced to maintain a peaceful environment.



🚭 Smoking: Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the home. Evidence of smoking will result in additional cleaning fees. We have smoke monitoring devices in the home. **Note:** A fee of $500 will apply.



🧼 Cleaning: Entire home and hot tub are Professionally cleaned before every stay.



🔐 Security: Exterior security cameras are present. The hot tub area and interior are completely private.
